I left here feeling sick. We arrived and sat in the bar area. Server was in no hurry to serve us but we remained patient. 15 minutes later she mosied up and took our order. We waited 42 minutes for our food. The garlic fries were cold and drenched with grease. The garlic was pungent like wet mold. The burger was lukewarm and tasted like beef that should have been tossed with yesterday’s garbage. We would have complained but our server never returned to the table. I will never return to this horrible restaurant where the service is lazy and the food is absolutely disgusting. If your reading this review, find another place. Save your money and yourself.

Husband ordered full rack ribs on holiday special, only got 1/2 rack as that was "all that was left", arrived cold, asked what else he wanted, could not be heated up for some reason, ordered french dip, which I had also, the sandwich was fantastic, BUT the fries were cold, I did not tell waitress. Ordered 2 bread pudding desserts, brought out at room temperature, they are supposed to be served warm, they did take & redo, & were very good.

Service was mediocre, we had to ask for water to be served after putting in an order for beers. Server was cold and annoyed to bring the beer list again when we wanted something different. Also did not know what was in menu items when asked about allergy. Bartender couldn't make an old fashion correctly. The food we ordered was terrible and incredibly spicy. It made it almost inedible. For $122 plus tip, I would absolutely never return to this overpriced, pitiful place.

Good beer but avoid the seafood cobb salad. Everything seafood came out of a can and didn't smell very fresh.

Food was horrible. Ordered a philly cheese and a burger. Both came with fries...if you consider 5 fries an order of fries...on both plates. The sandwiches were nasty. So...it's a definitely NO on a repeat visit.

Food (aside from wilted browned lettuce served in their Caesar salad as well as food not temperature hot or could have been better) service beer good however they did not do anything special for special occasions like anniversaries only birthdays never had a place say that before was kind of odd. all they offered was a high-five I kid you not what a joke what can you doThey offered no options did nothing extra to make it special in any way especially going there for part of our 25 year anniversary would have been a nice added detail. We left rather disappointed. In addition to this the restaurant overall was not very clean the decor not exciting rather dull not even some palm trees or plants to liven it up looks very dated no attention to detail. They definitely need to redo decor and polish wood clean up all.

Fun atmosphere, friendly & knowledgeable staff, menu items are creative and delicious (never had a bad experience) great place to grab a bite or watch a game in the bar! Top 5 list of frequented restaurants! Thank you!

Excellent food! Highly recommend garlic fries and salmon burger. Christian, server, was friendly and knowledgeable of the menu.

Came once. I had the nachos and my husband had the wings. The nachos were all sauce and hardly any toppings for it to be considered southwest. We both thought the food was meh. Ate at Whole Foods the next night and had better food for less.

We visited the restaurant in San Tan Village on September 6, 2019. It was just before 3 pm. A person met us at the door and asked if a booth would be okay. We said yes and were seated. There was only three other booths with guests in them so it wasn't at all crowded. At 3:14 we left. No one had acknowledged us even though a couple that was seated after us had been waited on. We could get no ones attention and everyone walked by us without asking why we were waving for someone to come and at least take a drink order. SO much for being a Reward Member. If all the restaurants are behaving this way no wonder there are closings. Pretty sad in our book!

The Caribbean Coconut Shrimp with pineapple mango salsa are spot on. Service is always great and attentive so kudos to the hosts and waitstaff!!! However I am only giving 3 stars because we have also experienced poor quality food. First time here was in the fall during Octoberfest. I ordered Chicken Schnitzel which was over cooked and dry. The coating wasn't a nice golden brown rather a dark brown

Have been to Gordon Biersch a couple of times and have thoroughly enjoyed it both times. Great food. Good for family outings.

Went on Sunday for happy hour only to find out that they no longer do happy hour on Sunday. The place was dead, should have known. Ladies room was disgusting and in need of immediate attention. Tried to order off the menu but could not justify $14 for 3 sliders. My husband and I ordered drinks, he had beer flight and I had sangria. Beer was warm, sangria was nothing special. The San Tan location used to be packed, and was great for happy hour. We drank up and left without ordering food. Headed over to Famous Dave's which has all day happy hour on Saturday and Sunday. Great deals on food and drink.
