Just had an absolutely incredible experience at Grimaldi's Pizzeria, and I had to leave a review. I stopped in feeling casual and comfortable, basically dressed like Adam Sandler on a day off 😆👕👟, and even though this is an upscale spot, the staff treated me like royalty from the moment I walked in. No judgment, just pure hospitality and good vibes 🙌
I ordered an Arnold Palmer 🧊🍋☕ and it was perfectly balanced and super refreshing. For food, I went with the white pizza with garlic and spinach 🍕🧄🌱 and wow… absolutely to DIE for 🤯🔥. The crust was flawless, the cheese was rich and creamy, and the garlic and spinach combo was next-level perfection. Every bite hit harder than the last 🤌🤌
The service honestly blew my expectations out of the water 💥. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Amazing food, amazing people, and zero pretension. I’ll 100% be back and I’ll be telling everyone I know. If you’re on the fence, go. Trust me 😍🍕👏

Waited over 45 minutes for a 12 inch pizza to go, after saying something the bartender found it sitting in a food warner for who knows how long. Was cold and had to reheat in air fryer, Disappointing. Was my first time there, probably won't be back

2.5 hours to get our food. We ordered delivery but it took Grimaldi’s an hour and a half to make our pizza.

Awesome experience, put in an order for one pep. pizza and the dough got funky on the burner which is fine with me but they gave me another pizza out of kindness and inconvenience. The girl at the door was so polite and sweet, very much appreciated! Phenomenal service and manners! I’m not much a pizza guy but when I get my pizza I’m coming here, good atmosphere and great service.

Can’t rate the food because we never got the chance to eat. Used the waitlist app, waited 40 minutes in our car, walked up with 5 minutes left and were told we have another hour to wait. We left and are heading out somewhere else.

Was trying some place New and decided to try this place. Waiting to be seated was not a problem. After being seated we waited 10 minutes before our server came to our table for drink or anything. We placed our drink and kids order as soon as possible it did take some time for our drinks to get to us not counting any alcohol we ordered once we got the drinks me and my wife decided to order our food thinking the kids food would be out before ours. Given our son 1 year was getting fussy we waited and waited a couple next to us got the same server we had but it seems they was getting better service they orders a salad and got it quickly we ordered Mediterranean Salad when we ordered our kids food and nothing yet another family came in after the couple next to us 10 min later and they got Salad and their drinks swiftly. At the 45 to 50 min mark since being seated we called for the manager as soon as we did all of a sudden our food was all coming out at once at this point we was over waiting and our kids was not having it. The service and and the way management handled the situation was highly unprofessional and should not wait for someone to complain before something is being done. We paid for the alcohol we had and I left no tip and our server seemed to have a attitude because we refused our food and was decided to dine somewhere else do better be better it's no way to treat veterans nor a family

Food is great. I ran into an issue with my gift cards and the manager didn't fix it. I called customer service and no answer, left a message and no return phone call. I emailed them and no return email. Hence the 1-star. Pizza's are great, but customer resolution is awful.
