We were shopping at Santan and had to stop in for a chocolate shake. The girl recommended a Belgium chocolate milkshake. We ordered a large and she split it into 2 cups for us. It had whipped cream and sprinkles on top. It was so delicious. Everything in the store was so appealing, the toppings were even displayed very nicely. I loved all the wall art.

Great ice cream, but man these guys are never open when they're supposed to be. We come to this mall all the time and have tried on a regular basis to get ice cream, checking their hours to make sure we're getting there when they're not closed-- but they are constantly either opening late or closing early, often hours so.This morning is the same story, and I just feel like a review is necessary at this point. We're here half an hour past opening today, my daughter was really wanting some ice cream, saw the haagen-dazs, and not a soul inside the store. Door locked, chair stacked.I completely understand if the store is short-staffed, or someone is sick-- occasional things happen. But this significantly more often than not, by far the majority of times that we have been to this mall. If your hours can't be upheld as a business, just change your hours to whatever you can accommodate-- people will absolutely understand! But what I and most people find more frustrating is when time is wasted going to a business that says they're open when they're not.

Bought $10 frozen lemonade. No fresh lemonade it it, just minute maid brand. Kinda low quality. Also, asked them to fill my kids water bottle and they refused. Cant really believe that would be against store policy..Girl was nice enough, just following her stores policy.

This place was also super dirty and gross. And I waited at the cashier for a long time. It was 100 degrees outside. We had drank all our water already that we brought. Asked for a cup of water. They told me I'd have to to pay for it.... What if I didn't have money and my toddler and I were heat exhausted? This is really sad. Everywhere else I've been have offered free water even if you don't spend money. This is the first time in the summer that someone has denied me water.

I ordered a small cup with two scoops today at the store. It turned out that the server didn’t add the second portion of ice cream and I paid the full price and an extra of waffle drizzle. I ended up paying 8.17 for a silly.cup.of.Ice.cream.
THE BEST ICE CREAM that I have had in a looong time. We went yesterday the 29th of August in the evening. And the store was clean, great ambience, the AC was perfect for Arizona summer time. The young boy who served us was polite, fast, and he prepared the order exactly how it was showing in the menu. Some stores don't do that and take them forever to do it. Definitely I will come back.

Walked in on Saturday night around 7pm. Was not greeted by the one employee that was on duty. Waited by the cash register to put in our order only for the employee to take the order of a couple who walked in after us. The employee never said a word to us and proceeded to take the couple who entered after us’ order. They sampled a lot of ice cream flavors then stepped in front of us to pay for their order. When the young gentleman finally acknowledged us, we ordered 3 Dulce De Leche shakes and one black and white sundae. He took our order and we paid. It took five minutes for him to finally inform us that he was “out of dulce de deuce” ice cream with no options for us and under the assumption that we would be “ok” with paying for three shakes and only receiving one. We had to tell him he must refund us for the two other shakes he could give us. He looked dumbfounded. He then only refunded us for one shake and looked confused when questioned about refunding us for the second one he could not make. Overall he was not a very pleasant employee. He looked and presented himself as one who really does not like his job. We are ones who like to tip generously and could not even give this poor young lad a dollar tip. We will not return here until things change. One employee on a Saturday night, whom clearly doesn’t want to be there, is not good business practice.

Came in at 7:50 to buy a couple of cones after dinner not realizing the shop closed at 8pm and were told by the not so friendly staff that they were closed and when we responded that it wasn’t yet 8 o clock that it didn’t matter because the open sign was off. We headed over to Frost Gelato where we had to wait in line for about 10 minutes because of the crowd but the service was great and they were open.
