Really enjoyed the service and the atmosphere. Everyone was welcoming. Soup, chopped salad and crab cake were awesome. Spicy seafood pasta dish was very heavy. Probably won't order it again but we will go back and try some other dishes.
The food, as always, was outstanding and plentiful. Service and overall staff were also outstanding. Highly recommended for couples or families
Terrible
Very cold atmosphere. Fish was not great.
We hosted a business dinner for a party of four and received excellent service from Ari, who was simply outstanding. For starters, we enjoyed Blue Point Oysters, Bang Bang Shrimp, and Crab Cheesy Garlic Bread, accompanied by a fresh loaf of sourdough bread. For our entrees, we had the Chilean Sea Bass (absolutely divine), Jumbo Scallops (equally exceptional), and Braised Short Ribs. We concluded our meal with Bread Pudding and Key Lime Pie, both of which were impressive and delicious! Paired with fantastic beer and wine, the evening was truly memorable.
Fried oysters great as usual. Glad to see fresh halibut since it seems to not be readily available. Ours was prepared perfectly. The unique southern coleslaw with peaches & pecans is so refreshing that we had a double order. Half price wine on Wednesday gets us in frequently.
We’re regulars at HIGH TIDE and have always enjoyed the experience. However, something unusual and disappointing happened at the end of our most recent visit.
After a pleasant dinner, our server brought the check without asking about dessert. When we mentioned we wanted to order dessert, she insisted she had asked earlier and became short and argumentative. Even if there was a misunderstanding, that kind of response is not acceptable.
To make things more awkward, she had another server bring the dessert and handle our payment, essentially removing herself from the table entirely. Very rude. I was completely nice to her and still tipped her well.
It’s unfortunate because she was wonderful throughout the evening, until that moment. Reading through other reviews, it seems we’re not alone in noticing service issues. We truly hope management addresses this, as we love dining at HIGH TIDE and want to continue doing so.
We really enjoyed the food! Ari was very attentive and kind. The scallops were cooked perfectly. Buttery delicious. My husband had the herb crusted sea bass, delicious as well. We will definitely be back.
In the past, we have enjoyed this place on more than one occasion. However, this evening was subpar. Service was lacking greatly and we struggled to get attention. Even without ordering alcohol or an entrée, we spend over $200. I wish it were a better recent visit because it's going to be difficult convincing my SO to return. The scallops Rockefeller were tasty.
blue point oysters were very fresh!👍🦪

I had the chopped salad with salmon, it was really, really good! I will be coming back to try something new. This was my first time here. The service was great and the waitress was very sweet and helpful. She always checked in on us.
Always a great experience at High Tide and this time was no different. Excellent service & delicious food. The Lobster Bisque is the best here in AZ. Dined with friends visiting from Atlanta and they couldn't believe we've got top-notch seafood in the middle of the desert.
We have been there before, but tonight we also had a great waiter - Danny. The food as excellent as always. It also seemed that it cost us less this time. Overall we had an awesome experience. Your mileage may vary, but I recommend High Tide with honors.
We had reservations at 6 o'clock. Had instructions not to be more than 10 minutes late or could lose Our seat but however had to wait for 20 minutes to be seated. Our server was terrible. Had to ask for her twice. My husband ordered a drink that he has been ordering for 30 years came back wrong twice. Then the manager came over then explained to us how to order a drink there that nowadays things are made differently. In my opinion if you change a drink then you change the name as well. The ahe was Overcooked. The enchiladas Del Mar was dry. By the time she checked on us we were done eating.
I've been going to this restaurant since they opened. It's only gotten better and better over the years. Service is great. Food is excellent. I will always be back.
