, we took our granddaughter and her husband here along with our son and his wife. The food was very good but I found the high table tops uncomfortable after sitting for about 90 minutes. The high table tops are the predominant seating option in this restaurant. The one thing that bothered me was the level of the music. Now I may be the exception but I wear hearing aids and it made having normal table conversations difficult.

Went here with family for Easter but they don't have highchairs and won't put tables together for families so we couldn't sit with each other. If you are a family of 5 or more this ain't the place to go.

Everything has been at least very good with most things behind excellent. We've had both boards and loved the ricotta, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower tahina, and bread. The Humble fries are amazing. The pizzas and ettas see somewhere between very good and awesome. That Cajun chicken Alfredo and short rib papperdelle are among our very favorite foods.
We have been repeat customers several times as the food is delicious but every time we go the music is louder and louder. Tonight was unbearable. The manager refused to turn it down with a polite request so we had a glass of wine and left. Should have left immediately but was hopeful a reasonable request to turn down the music a notch or two. Will never go back again. Very sad as appreciated the fresh food.

Was not what I was expecting at all. I must have confused this with another restaurant. I thought the food was supposed to be fresh, healthy, high quality food. I struggled to find anything truly healthy/fresh other than 1 salad on the menu. I ordered something that was basically chicken and fries apparently having no clue that frites means fries. The chicken was dry and I thought not fried but felt very over fried and gave me major texture issues. The fries were good and so was the white dipping sauce. But for the price and first impression I personally don’t get the high reviews. Maybe the pasta I didn’t go with would have been better.

Truly horrendous service. Never going back.NEW NOTE 3/6/24: The owner responded to my review and that means a lot to me. The truth is that my kids LOVE this place and are very disappointed that I won't go back. However, I think I will give them another shot now that I heard from the owner. I can only hope that we will receive a bit more attention in the early stages of being seated. Not changing the review for now, but I am open to changing my opinion after another experience.
We sat outside and it was a kind of cold and a couple of the staff rearranged their outdoor heaters so my wife and I were comfortable. This was in addition to the exceptional food and service. They went the extra mile for our atmosphere and overall experience. Thank you Humble Bistro for an excellent dinner!!!

Two stars to get the owners attention. The food was amazing and the atmosphere grand. However, the fact that we were charged extra for olive oil, butter and vinegar is unbelievable and who ever decided to make this a policy should be reprimanded. Honestly?!?We have been many times and your place ihas always been busy, this time almost empty at the dinner hour on a Thursday night. Maybe this is the reason. Tons and tons of staff standing around and you charge extra for butter for my bread? We can go anywhere and get butter, even McDonalds gives you butter on request. The waitress said it’s because you make everything there. You made butter and olive oil? Maybe better to buy it and give it to your customers who request it.Besides that, as usual the food was amazing. Next time I come I’ll bring my own butter k? Ridiculous.

NO KIDS MENU.We went for a casual Friday dinner with friends and multiple young children in tow and was told they do not have any highchairs and booster seats. Pretty discriminatory if you ask me. We never would have gone had we known that children clearly aren’t welcome here. The food was decent but the service was subpar and the music was terribly loud. We won’t be returning.
