Placed an online order last night and sent my wife to pick it up, but she brought home the wrong order not knowing. I called to let them know and went back to pick up my order. They apologized and gave no excuses. Even when I jokingly said it was on my wife, he still owned it and had our order ready! Seems to be a rare quality for businesses to own their mistakes even when it’s a simple error and not a big deal. Greatly appreciated the professionalism.

The only reason I’m giving 2 stars, instead of 1, is because the food is good. But the last 2 times I’ve ordered from here, they’ve been very late with the food. As I’m writing this now, it’s already 35 minutes past when my food was scheduled to be delivered, and HowieTrack shows that they’re still making it. Horrible service at this location. I would like a manager to respond and give me a refund for this order.

placed an order online and we pulled up and the male employee working was closing out the doors, walked out, locked the doors, told us he was refusing to make our pizza, and the store was closed, it was at 9:45. insanely rude attitude. did not state a name or give any information, just walked away with his own pizza in hand, got into his car, and drove away. on mothers day off all days. absolutely appalled by the behavior of the employee.
Arrived for Uber eats pickup and verified order, with who I can only assume was the manager; because he not only wanted the order to be verified in store, but also made sure I had the proper carrier bag in which to deliver his store's quality food. After replying I did not (currently only put in a hr's work) he whips out a spanking new bag warmer. Thanked him so much, took the order and take out menu. Even used it for my next drop; appreciate the assist and respect for the hussle.

Food was absolutely horrific! Staff were extremely rude. A manager was screaming at one of her employees. The place was unsanitary. I saw cockroaches crawling around. I will NEVER be eating here again and I highly recommend you don’t either. Not the mention the food was more grease than actual food. It’s like eating a chucky cheese pizza.

The large pizzas were a medium size. The price was great for a large but it was smaller than a large pizza. The kids didn’t like it as much as Barros or Costco. Not sure we’d be back unless they make their large pizzas a large size.
