Impressive that there are only two guys working and I have more than an hour waiting for a terrible order

This morning I placed a curbside pickup order for Gilbert IHOP 3495 E Baseline Rd. I arrived at the designated time 8:36am and text the link and also called the curbside phone number to let them know I arrived. Lady answers the phone and says food will be out shortly. I waited 15 minutes and no one came out so then I decided to go inside. Once inside, it took another 10 minutes for someone to assist me. They kept walking past me like I wasn’t there. Finally she approaches me and I explain that I’ve been waiting a while and that I called and communicated via the text message link they sent me. The lady goes to check if there is an order, finds it and then proceeds to hand it to me. I asked if it was still hot and she said a little warm. So I checked myself and touched the container and it was cold. She offered to have the breakfast remade and I said yes that’s fine. I had no problem waiting since I had already waited. While waiting for them to remake another order, I hear the lady/manager in the back saying “Well that’s her fault she waited that long”!??? I could not believe what I heard! My fault? Because I paid for and waited for a service that they offer. That was very rude and I will be reporting them. When I heard the lady say that, I told them I would prefer a refund because of what she said and her NASTY attitude. I definitely don’t trust you to remake my food after that. The worker said she’ll get the manager for me. Then all of a sudden the manager was too busy to face me and/or give me a refund. The worker said the manager said I’ll have the refund back on card today. So I took a picture of my receipt amongst other things and left. Terrible service and again I will be reporting the Manager because I have a feeling why I was dismissed. Shame on you and your customer service! Very RUDE!!!

So the food I had no problem with, for it was good. Service was amazing, given the short staff and the small crowds at that time. What killed the ambiance for me was the fact that the manager (she) was ordering staff around really loud that I could hear it from the drinking room. She was also rather rude to her staff and it showed on their faces. Kudos to them for keeping a positive attitude. As for the management, they really need to be more aware of your surroundings.

service was a bit slow considering it wasn’t too busy, however the meal was really good! i ordered the chicken sandwich biscuit sandwich which came with chicken gravy pickles and hash browns all in a sandwich! $10 and it comes with a side of pancakes or fries! i also got a sweet treat which was the fresh strawberries and cream biscuit ? SO good. they also have a cute new kids menu for sonic!

Our waitress, Christine was awesome.I had a nice quiet breakfast with my grandson. Delicious breakfast. Perfect eggs and the bacon ? was DEEEELICIOUS.

To management, YOU ARE RUNNING THIS PLACE POOOOOOORLY!!! Yes we ealked in at 1230am and no one in sight to greet or seat us, and do you know why??? CAUSE ONLY ONE EMPLOYEE IS WORKING THE FLOOR!!! 3 other couples waiting for the same. Eventually this young man came and seated us, looking around and he has NO HELP! He is hustling taking orders, bringing out orders and ringing up people. If i were him I WOULD OF WALKED OUT ON YOU! How do you do this to him, oh yeah, cause he is willing to put up with it cause im sure he needs his job! Shame on you management! Last time i ever stop here!!

The food and our server were wonderful. My complaint is the women's restroom handicap stall was well supplied with toilet paper, BUT none of the two rolls had been started and I was not able to access any.

Some reason everytime I come here we are constantly having to ask for something they forget to bring. We ordered coffee but we didn't get spoons to stir with! We asked and were told she would check if they had any clean. My father ordered hashbrowns with his omelet but we had to remind them he still hadn't gotten them. My toast could have used for stuffing since it was so dry and cold.

Horrible service! I asked for hot tea and the waitress said they were out! It seemed strange.... How does a breakfast place run out of hot tea?? so I asked the manager when she walked by if I could have a hot tea and she said sure! So our waitress lied... I guess because hot tea is a pain and she's lazy! Then all of our food came missing a key ingredient! Mine had a long hair across it the top of the blueberry pancakes (probably from the waitress who was visibly bothered by the fact I got hot tea from someone else). Food and service here are terrible! The manager didn't care that we were having a terrible experience! The waitress dropped our check 2 bites in to our breakfast and never came back!! Do yourself a favor and skip this location!!!

came in yesterday for my girlfriends birthday with her sister and had a very subpar experience. I ordered the 5 piece chicken tenders with fries and got a 4 piece instead. my girlfriend ordered the split decision breakfast and asked for a premium french toast instead, and a side of hash browns as the plate did not come with hashbrowns already. she did not receive the hashbrowns and her french toast was just the regular ones. the waitress name was Maria. She told us she'd be back with more water for us but never did. she came around a total of 3 times. she also came back with the check and it had the charges that we didn't get still on them(the hashbrowns and the toast). my girlfriend told her to take them off as we hadn't received either(she did in the end give a discount for the two items but did not even offer to give us the items) the waitress was also lowkey rude. The pancakes were good but that was about as far as it went. I would have liked to like this place as I usually love the food at ihop and its reasonably priced foods during their happy hour, but this location has a lot to work on.
