** We ate in the shop, this wasn't taken to go so the food didn't sit**I got the Alex Smith meatball sub and it was so soggy I had to remove the bottom piece of bread from both halves (I even got it without the ranch so I can't even imagine how it would've been then.) You're probably thinking "well it's a meatball sub with marinara sauce, of course its gonna seep into the bread" nope... I've had numerous meatball subs and I've never had the bread turn into a mush like playdough. I just don't even know what made the bread so soggy, because it's not like it was even loaded with sauce like a normal meatball sub... The meatballs weren't bad but they weren't good either. I thought that was the safe choice so oh well maybe it was an off day or soggy meatball subs are normal but I won't be back to test that out lol.

Ordered 5 sandwiches through the app. 2 hours goes by no Sandwiches. Doordash is apparently who they use for delivery, who never showed up. I called for a refund, was accused of lying and told I cannot receive a refund because the food was delivered, which it clearly shows FROM doordash it was not!

This is fairly straightforward. If you want over 50 different sandwich options, including 20 vegetarian items and don't mind paying about $17 for an 8" sub, this is the place to go. I literally watched 3 people while I was eating, come in, look at the menu from 30sec to 5 min, and walk out. Another guy took 7 min and decided to order. It was entertaining to track while I was eating. The sandwich is very good! Not as good as a hot meal at a restaurant for the same money, but it was definitely not a bad meal taste wise. Hailed as "San Francisco's favorite sandwich place" apparently they didn't do any research to find out the income discrepancies. After tax and "tip" paying over $17 is crazy. About the tip, they don't even bring the sandwich to you even if you're the only person in there and yet when you pay it gives options for around 20%. You are making plenty off a $17 sandwich, even with inflated food costs, to pay the people who never leave behind the counter.

Ordered a 341 (Italian vibe) and added the garlic aioli… omg, this is amazing. Served warm with a good proportion of meats, I will be back!! Very

I’ve had a lot of sandwiches, this is the only one i get excited for.Vegetarian options: Incredible amount of vegan options for not being a strictly vegan restaurant. Not to mention how good they are.

Atmosphere is a four because it's really a just a typical store but they've got quirky sayings and the menu is quirky everything is kind of cute / interesting with definitely an aim towards being fun. So atmosphere is nice and the food is good they have such a strange collection of options and of course the choices on the menu are just examples and you can make anything you want. I hadn't been there before but then I went twice in succession because I enjoyed what I got. Highly recommended and it's good for gluten-free. Very few places have good gluten-free bread but this one does well.Wheelchair accessibility: It's a ground level establishment with a manual swing door. Assuming you can get through that, there is plenty of room inside. If anybody sees this and has an opinion on whether or not a regular swing door is actually passable by somebody in a wheelchair let me know I have assumed the door is okay but if it's not then I will call out places that have automatic doors.

I like this very much, much better than the other subs. I had the Menage minus pepper jack cheese. The chicken is moist and BBQ sauce Mild, can actually taste the honey. All sandwiches are the same size as far as I could tell, no small, med or large. Only about 6 tables, service was good, nice kids. If this was in my town I would go again. AND straws are paper! Love that
