Hands-down, one of the best locations I’ve ever been to. Better than any of the locations in California. I always order a veggie and when I get it in California, it’s so bland and not filled with enough ingredients.
Here, my veggie were fresh and loaded. The fries were on point. I’m in town visiting and I’ve been here four times already in the past few days. I will try and come here every single day during my vacation.

This is a complaint on the employee named Carson.
1. He gave me my order without my shake, checked my receipt. 2. He yelled at me as I was walking out the door with my order saying I TOOK the wrong order which he HANDED ME HIMSELF?! 3. Looked at me with a face of absolute annoyance that I was drinking MY shake, and said “you didn’t order a shake” which I then showed him my receipt again. 4. Gave me my order back, and when I got home turns out IT WAS THE WRONG BUGER ANYWAYS. 5. He didn’t even say a half ass “sorry about that” or anything.
Mind you all I got was a double double and a small chocolate shake.

The restaurant staff found out that the french fries we ordered would for my 16 year dog before she crossed the rainbow bridge. She loved their French fries. They were so kind, they gave her a hamburger no toppings and French fries as a courtesy for her. She really enjoyed it. Thank you for being so kind.

They gave me the complete wrong order they gave me a chocolate shake when I wanted a pink lemonade, no fries when it was a combo, and put onions when I said no onions as well as I got tomato extra tomato but guess what I didn’t get any tomato’s. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had here
