Island Fin Poke is hands-down the best poke spot I've ever been to! The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and the flavors were on point—every bite was a taste of paradise. But what really made our experience exceptional was Dylan, one of the team members. He was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Dylan patiently walked us through the menu, offered great recommendations, and even helped customize our bowls to make them just right. It’s rare to find such attentive and friendly service. The bowls are hit and miss, sometimes I get ingredients I can see then I get a bowl that is just rice, I really like the food but jeez put some stuff on it!

I decided to give it a try since I pass by every now and then and I was pleasantly surprised! The food and atmosphere are amazing, along with the staff. Francilla helped me out and she made an amazing bowl! Definitely coming back!

LOVE this place! There is so much flavor because of the pickled veggies, great sauces and wide variety of unique toppings! Food was super fresh and love that they have wild caught options. Great portion sizes and excellent value! The guy who helped me at lunch today was so patient, nice and helpful! Will definitely be back and bring others with me! Yum!
