We have eaten at this restaurant many times and it maintains its quality, service and terrific food. We usually order family style and all of the dishes r hot, freshly made, with fresh meats, veggies etc. Staff is efficient and to go orders r handled fast and accurate. We have eaten there since they first opened and it is clean, not elaborate or overly culturally decorated. They work hard at just good Chinese/American dishes. Can’t say enough. Try it.

We have been ordering delivery from here since we moved to the valley in 2014. The food is consistent and pretty good. I would even go as far as saying a few dishes are really good (salt and pepper chicken), but tonight the food was amazing. We ordered a lot of food, and everything was fresh, flavorful but not over seasoned. The crispy items were delivered crispy still and all of the food was hot. I really hope these improvements stick, because they went from decent food that delivers to really good food that has a delivery option.

It's your typical American Chinese restaurant. Nothing amazing. Nothing disgusting. I do like the fact they have Chinese sausage fried rice and bbq pork as a dish. Although the bbq pork was dry, I'm glad they had it as an option. The Chinese sausage fried rice was good, sausage was a little dry but flavor was decent.

You know how you order your favorite dish from a restaurant & it tastes a little different every time? Well you won't find that here. Every time I order from J&K, my meal is perfect. Hot, fresh, delicious & amazing. The employees are all very professional & kind. 10/10 recommend!

We love getting Chinese food from here. Food is always delicious. Our favorites include Sesame Chicken, Chicken with Broccoli, Shrimp with Cashews, and my new favorite, Grilled Eggplant. Not only do they have white rice but they have brown rice too. Fortune cookies are the perfect ending to a perfect meal!

The food is amazing - wish it matched their service. Placed a phone order and they messed it up and had no desire to fix it or even apologize for the mix-up/misunderstanding and on top of it all, they overcharged us.

So bummed out tonight. I ordered food over the phone while leaving the grocery store. First time I called I was put on hold for 10 min. I had my mom call and she was able to order while I was still in hold. They forgot about me... So my mom handed me the phone to order our food. That was at 6:15pm. They said about 20 min. We got home, put our groceries away, and my mom headed out shortly after. She got there and they said about 5 more min... that was at 640? It is now 7:10.... some guy walked up when my mom got there and ordered his food in person and left already with his food. JUST NOW got the food after asking for our money back to go somewhere else. I dunno what is the matter tonight but really disappointed!!!! I pray the food is great at least. I'll add to this review once I find out... pray for me.. Ok so luckily food was good. Which is why the 3 stars. Otherwise it was 1 with the service.

This was the worst Chinese food I have ever eaten. Received delivery of Island wok shrimp and egg fried rice with pork. The island shrimp actually had deep fried chicken and shrimp pieces mixed together. Quite surprising to bite into a piece of chicken when expecting shrimp. Next, the pork in the fried rice were strip like 6 inches long. Pork looked like they just pulled stringy strips off a pork roast. They weren't even cooked well. Usually pork is bite size and crispy in fried rice. I tasted just a spoonful and tasted weird. Threw both items in garbage. Gross stuff.

AWFUL!! AWFUL!! AWFUL!!! Hair in my food!! I've been coming here for years and now the customer service is just awful. First off I come in to get my takeout and it's still not ready after 30 minutes and they said 15. I get my food and she said soy sauce is extra when it never is. I got home and my food had hairs in it!!
