The food was good, but the customer service was bad. They also forgot one of our items. We ordered online for pick up, so I’m not sure if that had something to do with it

First visit for dinner. Thoroughly enjoyed the hot n sour and war wonton soups. Ordered the orange chicken and chicken fried rice for the main course and was most Impressed by both the taste and the serving size. The service was excellent as well. Kudos….look forward to returning next time to check out the lunch menu. Many thanks.

Been here multiple times and it is a hit or miss thing. Sometimes food were cooked well and sometimes it would be too oily. I would have given them higher marks when they did good but it’s just that consistency is an issue. We dined in one time and there were workers mopping the floor and it smelled like lingering Clorox everywhere while we were eating.

They have no business taking online orders. Had to call because our order didn't come in specified time. After 2 calls finally received order cold and late. 75 dollars for 2 lg soups, chicken lomain, chicken Broccoli, pork fried rice and the chicken Broccoli did not come with white rice even though I selected it. Serving size for dollar amount not worth it. Left phone instruction to call me when driver gets to my house so I can meet him outside. We'll they rang doorbell and my 3 dogs alerted all the neighbors. Total communication breakdown. I still tipped driver $10 because it wasn't his fault and I'm sure had no clear instruction at all. Maybe your experience can be much better if you dine in only. Worst $85 total dollars I have ever spent.

Average Chinese food. Wonton soup is not that great. Wonton filling and wrap were difficult to eat. Requested orange chicken with sauce on the side but came with sauce mixed in. Everything else like chicken and fish were ok. Szechuan tasty is much better, and what I recommend for Chinese food.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would because as soon as we walked in everyone that works there was at tables eating. The lady brought over menus and went sat back down to continue eating and laughing and talking. We sat there 5 minutes she never came back so we got up to leave. Terrible customer service. If you’re hungry then eat in the back on your lunch time. Not in the front where patrons dine.

I come here every so often for a quick takeout meal. I live close so I don't phone order, I just show up and place a to-go order. They always tell me a reasonable wait time and then beat it. Not the best Chinese I've had, but the best I've had in the valley. Good flavor, always cooked perfectly. And their lunch special is a great value, so much food for the price.
