If you ask for any kind of dipping sauce they only give you one I asked for ranch and bbq and they only give me one of each every time I come here. It’s kinda annoying considering we pay nearly 20$ per meals

I went through the drive thru ordered #4 large with curly fries and the fries where terrible. They were hard and dry. They must have been sitting under the heat lamp for a long time. You can look at them and they look terrible. I had some maybe 2 weeks ago and they were great. I tried to call the store and it just rang. The store is open 24 hours. Big mistake not checking on the condition of the fries before I came home.

Great service. They should push their breakfast menu more. Incredible & delicious options aplenty. My only gripe is the onion rings. I guess they are frying too long? Sometimes the batter is kinda like chewing rocks and so rigid they cut up the roof of my mouth.
Otherwise, still a huge fan of Jack's innovation and keeping up an incredible menu. Highly recommend! Especially the Spicey Crispy Chicken Sandwich. It blows away the other fast-food joints.

For a fast food restaurant 🤗 I think this might be the best i've experienced. Clean, bathroom was clean, staff were very pleasant, including their appearance. 👍👍

The best taco's that I've had from a fast food place. Along with the French fries, this has been my favorite place for ag quick meal on the go. Drive thru & grab a couple tacos. Yummy!!

Arrived 3 minutes after ordering online went inused restroom and when I came out order was ready. My food was cold and not good I'm not sure I will be visiting again. Not the first time this happened.

Stop in on 4 different occasions this month alone for my kids. Something was always missing this time. I know it might be a little petty but on 20 tacos, not one of them a cheese and I got 18 tacos. And was missing my food

I stopped in this morning09/01/24 @6:15am at the jack in the box located in the Val vista town center complex across from target where I ordered a number 22 croissant sandwich combo and three breakfast jacks with sausage went to the window paid $26.00 and change to then get to work and see that the three breakfast jacks I got for my co- workers had ham on them instead of sausage like I had requested so I’ve been attempting to call the restaurant to rectify the situation to no avail The phone will continuously ring or if I call back the phone won’t be off the hook and have a busy Or they will answer the phone and hang up. The lady never provided me the receipt that I’m trying to be as detailed as possible. If I’m paying $26 or something I get what I paid for and if it’s incorrect I expected to be corrected, not hung up on or avoided as a customer
