The best taco's that I've had from a fast food place. Along with the French fries, this has been my favorite place for ag quick meal on the go. Drive thru & grab a couple tacos. Yummy!!

Stop in on 4 different occasions this month alone for my kids. Something was always missing this time. I know it might be a little petty but on 20 tacos, not one of them a cheese and I got 18 tacos. And was missing my food

I stopped in this morning09/01/24 @6:15am at the jack in the box located in the Val vista town center complex across from target where I ordered a number 22 croissant sandwich combo and three breakfast jacks with sausage went to the window paid $26.00 and change to then get to work and see that the three breakfast jacks I got for my co- workers had ham on them instead of sausage like I had requested so I’ve been attempting to call the restaurant to rectify the situation to no avail The phone will continuously ring or if I call back the phone won’t be off the hook and have a busy Or they will answer the phone and hang up. The lady never provided me the receipt that I’m trying to be as detailed as possible. If I’m paying $26 or something I get what I paid for and if it’s incorrect I expected to be corrected, not hung up on or avoided as a customer

I made it clear of what I ordered in the drive thru. Had to correct the kid working the drive through. As I was leaving the young gentleman discreetly gave me the bird as I was leaving. Seriously if this is the caliber of employees you hire then I won’t be coming back here. The audacity of this kid to flip me off because he didn’t listen and had to be corrected. Very pathetic

I went during lunch time on a Saturday, so I was nervous it would be busy. They took and filled my order quickly. Food was good, drink was good. I’m not a picky guy when it comes to fast food, this is exactly what I want. A simple and good experience.

I ordered fries and cheese burger. They had forgotten the cheese on the burger. The manager came to the window and said she will just give us a piece of cheese and wouldn't have it remade. She actually put a cold slice of cheese in a bag and handed it to me. I just can't believe how we were treated. I will NEVER be returning here. Absolutely the most terrible service.
