Previously my daughter made a post for us regarding the service and that we were never getting our sauce. This has since changed 100 percent! Wow. Definitely more friendly vibe and I have gotten all of my sauce every visit. This is what I call great service and definitely worth my money! Thank you

Ordered a Double Bonus Jack—meat ( 2 - 1/4 pound patties) didn’t even cover the bun. Supposed to come with bacon and grilled onions but neither were present on the burger. Very disappointed in this burger.

I hope the franchisee knows their staff denied me this reward tonight when I showed their staff. They have lost a lifelong customer. Pathetic customer service......... As a reply to the corporate generic response to me below. Thanks for the response. I’ve already provided all the details in my review, but I’m happy to discuss this directly if you’re looking to resolve your employee's poor service.

Never get my sauce. Food is good but the new guy who works at 2am never gives me my sauce in the bag. The app allows us to choose sauces and it’s clearly on the receipt when he hands me the bag and NEVER gives me sauce. — Wasting both of our time because I’m not leaving without it and I do dash which means you’re not giving others their sauce either and that’s why dashers get yelled at.
Do you get a bonus for not giving out sauce?

Everytime I come here I receive super fast and good service! The only mistake they've made in the last 6 years that I have been coming here is they forgot cheese in my Jumbo Jack cheeseburger the other day; but they got the lettuce, tomato, mayo only part right which is more important to me! Lol We are picky eaters and always special order our food. They've almost always gotten it right and I don't think I've ever waited longer than 10mins total in the drive through; usually it's leas than 3 minutes!!
I refuse to give my business to the location on Pecos and Higley!!! They take one order at a time, fill the order before taking the next order to make their serving times look good. I once sat there for 20mins before even ordering and they weren't short staffed and the line was wrapped around the parking lot just waiting to order!!
I'm on Recker and Williamsfield and my daughter goes to school near Val Vista and Ray so this Jack in the Box on Val Vista and Warner is the closest to us since the one on Power and Ray just closed. 😢 (They did a good job too so idk why they closed.)
Please don't close this location!!! If you do, Jack in the Box will lose my business all together.

Ordered 2 supreme croisant. When did they stop putting mayonnaise or sauce on it? So ...dry. was put together like person was angry and everything was sitting under warmer. ZERO freshness. There was some funky green mold or something in the egg. Couldn't finish and wanted to vomit after seeing it. Felt horrible later after eating.

1am food was cooked in stale old oil smell bad change the disgusting. Of course it was only the drive-thru that was open so I was gone by the time I tasted the food
If you ask for any kind of dipping sauce they only give you one I asked for ranch and bbq and they only give me one of each every time I come here. It’s kinda annoying considering we pay nearly 20$ per meals

I went through the drive thru ordered #4 large with curly fries and the fries where terrible. They were hard and dry. They must have been sitting under the heat lamp for a long time. You can look at them and they look terrible. I had some maybe 2 weeks ago and they were great. I tried to call the store and it just rang. The store is open 24 hours. Big mistake not checking on the condition of the fries before I came home.

Great service. They should push their breakfast menu more. Incredible & delicious options aplenty. My only gripe is the onion rings. I guess they are frying too long? Sometimes the batter is kinda like chewing rocks and so rigid they cut up the roof of my mouth.
Otherwise, still a huge fan of Jack's innovation and keeping up an incredible menu. Highly recommend! Especially the Spicey Crispy Chicken Sandwich. It blows away the other fast-food joints.
