Service is really quick. Food is really cheap if you use the deals, but the quality of the food is pretty low. The 50 cent tacos are cheap but is so oily, jumbo jack is also very dry. Always has good deals though through the app.

I live less than 2 mins drive from the Jack in the Box at Higley & Pecos... John and his night crew are the only reason for me to order and drive an extra 10+ mins. This review is me being thankful for them, because i know how hard a nightshift can be. Trying to sleep during the day when the neighbors dogs barking while nobody is home to quiet them down, or landscapers spending 3 hours with mowers and leafblowers. 9 to 5'ers don't understand the h*ll that does long term... rarely does John and his crew mess up my order, or give me cold fries... 99 out of 100 times, they are still better than any other fast food night crew from similar competition.

Bad attention from your employee. The food doesn't taste good. I would not return, I have gone to other stores of the same franchise and it is another matter of good treatment and excellent preparation of their menu.

Purchase was chicken fajita pita, usually a go-to. Good and satisfying. In recent past I purchased chicken tenders. Each visit the items were freshly prepared and good for fast food.
I recently visited Jack in the Box, and the experience was disappointing from start to finish. Despite the restaurant not being busy at all, we had to wait for 15 minutes for our order, which wasn't large. When we finally got our food, it was cold. On top of that, they charged us for a meal when we asked for just the burger. The staff, especially the lady who took our order, had a very lazy attitude and didn’t seem interested in providing any decent customer service. This was one of the most annoying experiences I've had at Jack In The Box.

Left a review about 4 months ago, regarding the SAME issue. My husband went to jack in the box tonight at 10:00pm. When he pulled in to order. The two guys smoking cigarettes outside, told him that theyre only doing online orders while they wait for the next shift to come in... that excuse is bogus and lazy because whether its online or in person youre still making foodm. THE hours outside say 24 hours not "when we feel like working". Please stop hiring people who don't want to work .
