If I heard the name right, it was Shawn/Sean. For someone to love their work even at odd times is a warm feeling. This guy will definitely sound different from other waiters who would normally help us. Good location, clean and food wise it’s the regular Jack in the box quality. Keep it up!

They wouldn't let me use a 20% off coupon for ANY order on 2 smash jack combos, saying it was for specific burgers. When I asked why I couldn't when it says any, I was ignored.

Came in for lunch and got me a two chicken sandwiches with two tacos, as I was eating the chicken sandwiches I spit out a piece of bone. I have braces and it could’ve potentially broke my bracket or even worse, my Tooth . 🤦♂️

Worst service ever at this location. 5/14 around 8, and she ignored us at the counter. we had to ask for help. Rude and dismissive. Hispanic lady soooo rude. Also, we ordered a red bull infusion easy ice, and it was full of ice and watered down. Worst service ever!!!
Raul and Dustin were amazing! They helped me figure out the best sandwich from the menu since it was my first time at a Jack in the Box. They also gave me a couple of different dipping sauces to try out. They made me feel like a welcome and valued customer.

I come here for some sausage, bacon, and eggs several mornings a week before the gym to load up on some protein.
The drive through staff is always nice & pleasant, I regret I don’t know the woman’s name, but same woman every weekday morning, she’s smiley & it’s good to see at a fast food drive in.
Today I cruised through on a Sunday morning and a man named John or Jon was working the drive through, this dude was genuinely hilarious. He sung my order back to me, asked me if I heard about some recent breaking news (not political, just movie star news), and honestly was one of the more pleasant staff members at any fast food drive through I’d ever had the pleasure of meeting.
Anyway, he was so cool in the early morning, I had to make a quick review to give them props.
Now, I gotta get to my protein bomb and hit the gym before church….
