The service at this location has been great. My order's been accurately made and on time. Food wise it's Jack in the box. Nothing to write home about. The value has been good using the app. That's probably the best way to order the food.

A huge thank you to the folks working on Christmas at the Gilbert Jack In the Box on Val Vista! My mom had been at Mercy hospital for over a week - and while the food there is very good - she really wanted a hamburger with the fixings. Thanks goodness JITB was open! Got her a Jumbo Jack for her Christmas dinner and she was so happy. I know it's really difficult to be away from family on the holidays, so I just want to tell the wonderful people working on Christmas how much I sincerely appreciate them!

I don’t typically review fast food places. Everyone knows what they’re getting. Everyone knows you get half of a hamburger and double the price. Only place that hasn’t taken this cheap tactic is burgerking. Anyway..,,,,the service at this JACK WAS AWESOme. Somebody enjoys there job. Was nice to see!
