This location SUCKS every time I go I get no napkins or sauces even when we ORDER THEM IN THE MOBILE ORDER, it's lazy and rude... like if you're out, please let me know? when I'm there IN PERSON to pick it up? also workers ALWAYS on their phones like as soon as you drive away you see through the windows with GLOVES ON they touch their phones, heads down ... gross

also literally got trapped in the Drive thru by a tree that had fell down, blocking over 75 percent of the exit to the drive thru and we asked for help but the man working did NOT seem to care and lied about people driving thru BUT the tree was SOLID, my husband had to do everything himself and try his best to push and entire TREE BACK while the drive thru workers just stood there staring! he was pretending to call his supervisor but in the 5 minutes we were there he made no phone calls just held it out ...it was Friday the 1st around 2 am. he had black hair and was working with a Mexican woman who was staring and smiling from inside watching us do everything ourselves ! and especially if he knew that cars were driving through it he could have warned us that there was a tree at the end, not everyone has a truck!

tree blocked my wife and i in the drive thru, homeboy working the window refused to actually help and just stood there while i literally pulled the tree back to let us out. and bro had the audacity to say that other people had gotten out around the tree. i wish i could’ve taken a picture.

Every time we’ve gone to this location in the past couple months, my order has been wrong in at least one way. A major example: My family cannot eat bacon, we specifically ask for no bacon on burgers and they still manage to put it on there every time. Super disappointing.

i got a large fry with a large Dr pepper ok. they gave me pepsi but this hasn’t happend just today it happend 3 times it’s like mexican people don’t know a difference between dr pepper and pepsi
Cashier at drive thru asked if we needed any sauce, when I said “lots please” he gave me like three handfuls. As a pregnant mom with a toddler at home this was exactly what I needed. Thanks kid at drive thru for making my day with such a small but meaningful act of kindness. He genuinely was so kind and told us “i made sure to give you extra sauce” thanks jack in the box!

Says it's 24 hours, we showed up at 7:50 and the drive through was closed for cleaning with a sign saying go to the dining room as it was open, but when we walked up to the dining room it was blocked by trash cans and someone saying it was closed. We and 3 others were all turned away. Never coming here again, go to the one on Val vista or power instead
