Says it's 24 hours, we showed up at 7:50 and the drive through was closed for cleaning with a sign saying go to the dining room as it was open, but when we walked up to the dining room it was blocked by trash cans and someone saying it was closed. We and 3 others were all turned away. Never coming here again, go to the one on Val vista or power instead

This order was from Uber Eats to my hotel room. I never experienced the atmosphere so, I can't take anything away from it. The food was consistent with what I expect from Jack in the Box. It arrived ahead of schedule and everything was hot. Seems to be a great store and I recommend them!

Cashier at drive through didnt give me my CC back and when I realized it I went back to get it and there was already a second charge on my card. They claimed there was no manager on duty to cancel transaction.

I have been to this jack ins few times. The food is good, but the customer service is awful. They even have a sign outside saying that they will be slow. What kind of place does that. I only go for the food not the service. Can they improve, I believe they can. But if they are willing to fire the bad guys and get new ones is the question.

Literally walked in asked do they take hot foods was told YES soon as I completed my order and tried to hand my card the dude says oh no we don't take ebt I'm like but it's hot foods ebt

Planned on eating dinner inside the restaurant. Once inside, placed our order. And then started to look for a place to sit and eat. EVERY table was filthy. Started looking at the floor and there was food and trash all over. Went to get my soda and the interior was dirty and moldy. No straws but wrappers were all over the condiment table which was ok as there weren’t any. Because of the front of the store conditions I started looking at the food prep area. Wasn’t any better. Ask representative to make our order to go at that point. I should have looked inside the bag before leaving. The hamburgers looked like somebody had stomped on them, the buns were hard a broken into pieces. I paid for pickles, note use of plural word, $.15 extra and I got one (1) pickle. Ask for no salt on the fry’s. Because they were so hard and nearly burnt my guess is they just threw some old fries back in the grease to try to remove any salt taste. Had to ask the manager (?) twice for straws. Didn’t appear to understand English very well. After finishing the mess in the bag I threw all of it away and filed a complaint with Jack in the Box customer service. Received two emails from customer service, first one stating I would be contacted by the store owner. Three days later received another email from customer service asking if I had been contacted. I replied NO and resubmitted my contact info. Fast food is too expensive for this kind of service. I would recommend going elsewhere since this company doesn’t care about their customers.

I paid almost 15 bucks for a cold hashbrown and hardly any meat on my sandwich. 😅 But I guess the coffee is good!!

I ordered a salad in the drive thru and they just threw a couple chicken strips on top without cutting them up 😭 Whyyyyyyyyy?! No chicken in every bite 😔
Man I was so shocked to see how clean the cook was shout out to you Jesus for changing gloves and just being over all clean I watched you for 5 mins while waiting for my food and have not seen a clean cook in a while ty for what you do
