Mostly close or system down and some time close lobby early. This is my 2nd review i do door dash and mostly i have to wait a lot for picking order from this location. Staff need to be fast they look lazy

Every time I come to this location it is always a 20 minute wait no matter what. They really need to work on their overnight customer service it’s so rude and unprofessional. I will say the food is always good so that’s the only saving grace.

We just stop by This guy messed up our order twice We had to come back again And the guy attending the window got mad at us just for asking him to get our order right. And slammed the window at us . I'm very disappointed. We are paying for a service. We were not rude in any manner with him.

I wish I could give them a lower star.However you have to give them something to give a review. I have never in my life.Been turned away so many times because of nothing but pure incompetence Back in October we pulled through one evening and the kid working.The register was crying.His eyes out because the computer wasn't working and he couldn't do his job. Tonight the a hole at the window told me he would not accept Any orders unless I downloaded the app and ordered It's time to close jack. Your product and stores are going downhill as fast as you are raising the price of tacos, it's time to blow the box back up. I'll be taking my business to water burger. It tastes like Jack in the box used to 30 years ago.
