My experience at that restaurant was a little uncomfortable, I was waiting for my meal around 7:15 pm, when out of nowhere a worker arrived and started yelling at the other workers who were already there very busy, because I find it incredible that one Friday afternoon they only have 3 workers, they wherewas super busy.

I was there today around 6:30 pm waiting for my food and out of nowhere one of the employees start yelling and screaming at the other employees in the grill, I don’t know what he was telling the girl because he was talking Spanish.. he was super aggressive to them

if i could not rank a star i would. waited on new year’s eve for 1 hour as the line wasn’t moving. as we pulled up to the window we were told they are not taking drive thru orders only online. such a terrible location and rude employees.

Customer service here sucks amazingly slow and freaking rude, and they turned off the app so you can't use the app at the store

Incredible I can’t get the right burger put in my bag when there’s 3 people ordering at the entire restaurant. Please do absolutely anything to make sure the people that worked at 9:30 pm on 12/27 get zero shifts in the future thanks.

Ordered 4 junior jumbo Jack's and 4 tacos. Jack's were cold and stale, not to mention the large piece of onion skin. I DO NOT recommend this location. I've given them multiple chances, 8 times out of 10 has been horrible... hence the review.

To the store.......I'm not sure what your standards are, but they're definitely low.

Let me tell you something about this Jack in the Box. Particularly the employees working at 9pm tonight. Off the bat I was greeted by an employee claiming to be « geeked » My husband and I ordered a PLAIN chicken sandwich with just chicken and cheese. We received the sandwich and it had everything on it so we asked for a remake. The UNGLOVED handed me another sandwich like 30 SECONDS later- already sus. The sandwich still had mayo on it so I brought it to the counter again, this time I was BAFFLED to see the UNGLOVED employee touching my food and GRAB A NAPKIN AND WIPE THE MAYO OFF THE BUN!!! This immediately concerned me so I made my way back to the counter and confronted them- he just asked « oh is it okay if we use the same sandwich and just wipe off the mayo? » NOOO OF COURSE ITS NOT!! I was shook! Finally I got my sandwich made the correct way and my meal ended with my spewing all over the parking the lot. Great job guys 😭😤

This location never gets your order right, they are rude, and very slow. I went in the other day and he was looking at the screen reading the order back and the first few items I had ordered then at the end items I did not. He said then what did you order. I said mobile order for me. He said you could have stopped me earlier. But you were not looking at me and I did t want to be rude. If you want good food your order right and friendly people go to the one on Power and Ray.

Why has fast food service gone down hill?? Why can’t you get order right? Especially when one waits for a long period of time for “fast food”. And then pays for what you could get a restaurant meal and the order is not right. It’s not that hard !!! Attention to detail and you will have happy customers but until then, keep screwing up 1 + 1.

I don’t mind Jack in the Box normally, but this location screws up every chance they get. Always seem to mess up my order in the past, but today was the last time I’ll go to this location. I opened the box to eat my burger and the first thing I’m greeted with is a molded bun, not just a little bit either, enough to where the bottom bun was completely taken over and discolored while the top bun was starting the molding process.
