I did a mobile order to balance out the Cinnabon I got at exit 187 (I think). They have a little door, so you can just grab and go.

Drive thru says it's open till 9pm and workers wouldn't take my order at 8:10pm on 12-2-24. Workers looked like they were just talking the whole time in there not even trying to close up if so called closed.... I hope management fixes this because it's not the first time I've came here at the girl employees are very unprofessional. Going to have a talk with corporate for sure!!

I had a rewards card. The server’s scanner was not working right and saying card invalid. So I typed my card in online and showed it had a balance. I asked for a manager. Clerk said sorry not available. Meanwhile another clerk typed in my reward card number correctly but the previous server had already processed my transaction. In the meantime 2 teenaged customers wanted to start a fight with me saying I was entitled because I wanted a refund. Never going back.
