Drive thru says it's open till 9pm and workers wouldn't take my order at 8:10pm on 12-2-24. Workers looked like they were just talking the whole time in there not even trying to close up if so called closed.... I hope management fixes this because it's not the first time I've came here at the girl employees are very unprofessional. Going to have a talk with corporate for sure!!

I had a rewards card. The server’s scanner was not working right and saying card invalid. So I typed my card in online and showed it had a balance. I asked for a manager. Clerk said sorry not available. Meanwhile another clerk typed in my reward card number correctly but the previous server had already processed my transaction. In the meantime 2 teenaged customers wanted to start a fight with me saying I was entitled because I wanted a refund. Never going back.

Yesterday, the girl at the drive thru area was rude while ordering.. she obviously hates her job and should woman up and look for another choice of employment since she doesn’t have good customer service skills. Her name is Gianna and she decided to give me almost frozen spring egg bites.. what terrible service and what a lazy person. I do have to say the manager on that shift was very nice and helpful.
