I loved how friendly and welcoming this store was! My mother and I were traveling with my dog and we stopped in for a smoothie. Marcus was so kind to us and my dog! He offered him water and let us keep the to-go water bowl. Of course the smoothies were delicious. If I lived closer this would be my fav smoothie spot. Thanks again!

Elk Grove California location was a very awesome experience with staff at every visit. Clean facility. Highly recommend this location on Elk Grove Blvd off I-10 freeway.
Parking: Handicap parking at entrance.
Wheelchair accessibility: The ramp access is street level and smooth.

My husband and I stopped in to get their cold brew with sweet cloud whip. Unfortunately we didn’t try them before leaving. At this location they must not sell a lot of cold brew because it tasted really old and sour. Huge letdown after spending $16 on two coffees.

I came into this location for the first time and ordered five smoothies, that I obviously paid for. I receive the smoothies and one of the Cups is half full. I asked the young man if they could fill it up and he got an attitude and said “ I mean if you really want me to” .. I mean I paid for the smoothie so id like to get my moneys worth, didn’t even have him fill it up I just left since it obviously was to much work for them to give me what I paid for. Then I open my cheddar twist and it’s completely burned. Disappointed cause I waited so long. And I heard the young boy say “it’s just a little crispy” to the other worker and they laughed. I go to Jamba Juice often and not once has this happened
Love this location, the people were friendly and helped me pick the perfect drink which was an electric blue lemonade super delicious. The store was clean and empty so I gotta start right away.

This is the first time me and my family have gotten a Jamba Juice before. And it was an amazing experience. Our server Marcus was friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable of the menu as well as the app and answered any questions we had for coupons. We look forward to coming back thanks to this incredible first time experience.
