After waiting 10 minutes and asking questions while she was making an order for someone else and when she was finished with that order I asked for their Ginger shot and says they are out of the shots oh and the juicer was not working... If I'm asking questions you could have told me the JUICER WAS NOT WORKING THEM .. AFTER WASTING MY TIME

When I came in, there was only one worker. Apparently, someone didn't show, and this poor woman was so incredibly overwhelmed and stressed. She kept apologizing and thanking us for being patient. She was amazing! A few minutes after I put in my order, another worker came in and immediately stepped up. The smoothie and waffle i ordered were tasty.

Update: I'm usually very pleased with Jamba Juice, Unfortunately, during this visit, there was a very testy.Young man working the counter who started to curse and use profound language with the customers due to his frustration of their being a lot of customers there at the same time. The manager tried her hardest to rectify the situation. Not only was the young man unnecessarily rude and disrespectful to the customers he.Also , messed up several orders that delayed the process of people's orders being completed. Several people's drinks were made before other people's orders that had been their first. I ordered an online order so that it would be ready when I got there and had to wait almost 25 minutes for my order. The young lady was very accommodating and tried very hard to fix everything while the young man disappeared in the back and never came out to assist her.

Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a Jamba thanks to the young man working in the front today 05/17/24 @ 1PM. First he was wildly unprofessional and basically BRUSHING OFF your paying customers - while simultaneously dropping F-bombs and cursing so loud we could all hear him in the lobby. He completely messed my order up then proceeded to look at ME and say “I’m not retarded I can see on the screen what u ordered” first of all the R word??? SERIOUSLY? just extremely rude - I’ve never witnessed such unprofessional behavior at a Jamba before. FIRE THIS KID BEFORE U LOSE MORE BUSINESS.

On Sunday 4/14, evening time around 5pm, we almost thought nobody worked there because we walk in, and stand around for a minimum of 5 minutes and almost left. They weren’t in the bathroom because we checked, both bathrooms were unoccupied. 2 dudes finally come strolling out to take our orders, without saying a single word to us. My husband didn’t even end up ordering anything, he was so annoyed. No apologies, nothing. It was REALLY bad service. And then I pay $9 for a subpar smoothie. Never again.
