While many reviews highlight great customer service, my experience was the opposite. I accidentally dropped my smoothie right outside the store and asked if they could replace it. Instead of offering any understanding, I was charged full price again. That kind of response shows a lack of care for customers and left me very disappointed.

I am a big Jamba fan, but I have to comment on how much I enjoy coming to this specific location. The staff here is EXCELLENT. Every time I come in they are polite, quick, kind. They are consistent and I'm always happy with the product. I go to Jambas all over the country since I travel for work, and like I said big Jamba fan, but this crew really does deserve some recognition.

I tried the savory pretzel, holy crap that was the worst thing I have ever tasted!!! Burned and absolutely nasty. How can you guys screw up on a pretzel /that bad/ lol. Savory my ass more like came out of a cows butt 🤮🤢

I am a usual Jamba customer, love their bowls and smoothies but this time I decided to do a pick up order for the açaí primo bowl. When I got it, it tasted watered down and every time I get the açaí bowl it comes with a bunch of strawberries like it should but this time it came with maybe 2 instead of the usual 6.
