Jamba Juice is obviously delicious, but these days you never know what kind of service you’re going to receive no matter where you go. I wish I got his name, but the person who helped me was so very nice, and so was the girl who made my smoothie. On my way out, there was a bee at the door and the guy came over to see what was going on because he could tell something was going on/wrong. I just didn’t want to let the bee into the store, but it was the fact that he came over to make sure everything was okay. Very kind young man!!! Great service all around.

I was at this jamba juice around 1pm, march 24. I hardly ever leave reviews but this time I had to. I think the cashier was named Steele? Such a nice guy. Super personable and smiley. Amazing customer service. This guy needs some hard kudos!!

I only gave five stars because there was no option to select 10 McKenna and Dawson treated me with so much kindness and compassion and that means a lot to a war service veteran with autism who is treated very unkindly by just about everybody in society even family … except these two wonderful people.
I’m starting to meet more and more as I open up About my social disability. Kindness courtesy, and compassion goes a long way and it helps people like me to feel connected and that helps me to have a better day because I want to be a happy person after all right?

This Jamba has the best staff in the valley. I travel to many different Jamabas, but this location makes my Acai smoothie perfect every time. They are welcoming from the door to the detailed way they make the order and just as courteous when leaving. They even remember my wife's favorite smoothie. The management and staff keep this facility very clean both inside and outside, which makes this a great place to refresh & relax. I love this Jamba location.

This store has amazing staff! Of course the smoothie was amazing too, but their customer service went above and beyond!I had made an online order and when I got to this location, I realized that I ordered it to pick up at the wrong store (that's what I get for doing it on my phone while driving!).The staff were quick to make my order anyway and were so kind even though it was my mistake!Thanks so much for your kindness towards me! You all truly showed amazing customer service!

I went and got the açaí this afternoon. I got the large and it tasted like it was blended with water. It was awful. I took like 4 sips and couldn’t finish the rest. Super unfortunate to pay $10 for a smoothie and have it taste like that
