Went for a light lunch with a friend. They forgot to bring her soup, we forgot too until the very end of our meal, we got it to go. Coffee is completely cold in pot, they microwaved it which made it very hot & strong and older tasting. Yuck. Salad was so so, carrors too hard to enjoy. This place is ok for a quick lunch, eat and go not for a leisurely nice lunch. Not my favorite place, I didn't know.Dietary restrictions: My GF sandwich was ok. I asked what kind of bread ? do u use, she replied GF bread but what kind?? Same answer ? ? oh well, not informed I guess.

I was really impressed, the service was fantastic. The young gentleman working the register was very kind, made recommendations and let us know about the little perks of eating there (ice cream and muffins ?). Our food came out very quickly and was picture perfect. Tasted just as great as it looked. We both had leftovers and if you have a vegetarian with you they have a great salad bar as well.

Seems like every Jason Deli I have visited in the past 3 years have really went down. No longer clean, tables left full of dishes, floors dirty, etc and stayed the way during our time there. Strange and unsettling. Seen it in Pensacola, Austin and now Phoenix. Sad.

I usually take my mom a senior citizen at store no. 19 The nearest Jason deli to our place. We have always liked the food and the excellent Service at this location. However this excellent service was further exemplified by Jonathan the assistant Manager. My mom usually orders the chicken pot pie however about 3 wks ago the store ran out of it when we arrived and Jonathan said that there will a wait Time of around 15 to 20 mins I said it would be ok. But to my surprise Jonathan cancelled the bill and gave me and my mom a free meal. This is definitely out of this world Excellent customer service. Your company is very lucky to have Jonathan as an assistant manager .
