We stopped for dinner at this location. Never been to this location before. Almost all locations have been fine except this one. It was filthy everywhere! Floor was gross with tons of crumbs and sticky footprints all over. Food in the corners and all under the tables. Tables were sticky and dirty with food. Drink fountain had syrup all over it and moldy sludge in the drain. Counter had tea all over it and crumbs. We were the only customers and two workers in the store who thought chatting instead of taking the time to clean was more important. That place has not been cleaned in days. Will never go back to that location. Also my lettuce in my sandwhich was brown and gross.

If it ain't freshly sliced, it ain't Jersey Mike's! The store was perfect, with a calm atmosphere to enjoy my sub. The workers are so friendly and greet me the second I walk in, and the service is super fast and accurate.

Systems were down today so they just said that we could have free food and get what we want. Me and my buddy ended up with free subs today and we went back in after eating to ask for some brownies and they said yes as long as I leave a 5 star review so this one goes out to those employees.

Don’t go on Saturday nights, whoever the incompetent workers that worked this past Saturday 7/20 at about 8pm the workers had I bread left I should have left at that point but I said sure I’ll order it mikes way. They sloppily made my sandwich and drenched in the mikes sauce, my sandwich was ruined. Whoever the Manager that hired these morons should be fired for failing to hire competent workers. what a total idiot whoever that person is and Assistant as well.
Honestly I had the perfect experience at the Jersey Mike's on 12/31 around 1:30pm! The shop was extremely clean, everyone was upbeat (enough for working New Year's Eve), they made my order correctly which sounds like a ridiculous standard to have but let's be real nowadays, and the food was absolutely delicious. In and out, no fuss no muss, no MESS. keep it up guys

This Jersey Mike's at Rivilan market area was GREAT. The two gentlemen that worked today were completely professional!!! Unlike the Jersey Mike's off of Williamsfield rd. The two people that were there Wednesday night were confused and acted like it was the "LAST THING THEY Wanted to do " they were APATHETIC LAZY DIDN'T WANT TO DO ANYTHING. THE MALE ACTED WITH DISCONTENT by THIMPING HIS HANDS ON THE TABLE WERE HE SAT, BEGRUDGINGLY GOT UP. THEY PLAYED WEIRD ERATATING MUSIC SCREAMING. THE FEMALE SPOKE SO QUIETLY THAT WE COULDN'T EVEN HEAR HER, WE ASKED HER TO SPEAK UP THREE SEPARATE TIMES. SHE SEEMED LIKE THAT WAS THE LAST THING IN THE WORLD SHE WANTED TO DO. WITH A FACE THAT SHOWED HER OPINION. THe gentleman at Rivilan were happy to greet us and eger to do their very BEST!!!!

What kind of manager doesn't know how to plan to make their most important ingredient during rush hour? I had to go to another location which caused me extra time during a time when I was very busy.
