Jersey Mike's Subs

Holy smokes. This time was just TERRIBLE customer service. Went today, and was a bit busy, I'd say consistently 6 to 8 customers in line while we were there. But the young staff were absolutely struggling...could tell they were totally stressed, and lacked communication w customers. I ordered a hot sub and my other party ordered a cold sub. There was no communication that the hot sub guy was behind. If had been told that I would've happily ordered a cold sub. Then we get to the end, and it was a total cluster...the two girls at the end had no communication skills with each other and numerous times we had to tell them that we only had two subs and one wasn't ready yet. Then they said, oh another 90 seconds for mine and please move from the register. Well it took longer than that, but I at least got my sub before the poor lady who was waiting for like 8 minutes for hers. What I take from this, is to avoid this location whenever you think they'd have more than like 4 customers. I want to give the workers some grace, because we did not see anyone resembling a manager at all. These young adults needed guidance and a zoloft lol. The sub was great, but really bummed about the overall experience.

Food is always good. There were three employees, no customers, and I had to wait for the employee to stop sweeping to place my order. This location was out of bacon. Not impressed with the service standards. Might go somewhere else next time.

Horrible customer service there. Bunch of high schoolers with attitudes always. I came in to pick up an order I placed online and of course they didn’t have it so the guy working behind the counter proceeds to give me attitude and make the sandwich I already paid for with the worst look. Not cool to treat a PAYING customer this way and then give me a dirty look for doing your job and making a sandwich I already paid for?! Ridiculous. Maybe learn to follow orders correctly and don’t take it out on the customer smh

The floor was filthy, and the 3 people working were more interested in their conversation than making my sandwich. Kinda awkward listening to some kid's girl drama while being treated like you aren't there. They made one sandwich with the wrong bread and forgot the peppers on the other. Usually I like Jersey's, but this location needs some training.

Not one for bad reviews but can't stand how disrespectful this place has been everytime we have gone. We thought it could be staffing issues/ made many excuses. But no it's like this every time. They don't know their own menu's or promotions. Saw people walk out several times while there

Don't go here unless you want rude treatment every service.

I put in an online pick up order for a chicken cheese steak and when entering the store the employee gives me a dirty look and then turns back around without greeting me. Dude made me feel like I did something personally wrong to him with his dirty look, very unprofessional. The sandwich was horrible, barely any chicken as seen in the pictures. Terrible experience for such an easy online pick up order, so strange!

They won’t make your sandwich “Mikes way” or your way, they’ll make it “Orions” way , or “whoever is making your subs way”, because buddy doesn’t listen when you say what you want on your sub 🤣

Came in Wednesday afternoon and saw my favorite manager Frankie from the downtown Chandler location , he was helping this location out and man great service from both Frankie and I believe his name was Nate or Nathan thank you guys for being rockstars !!!

Very unfriendly staff, sad to walk into a place with most employees looking miserable and having zero human connection

My wife and I have several Jersey Mike's closer to us than this location, but always come to the Williams Field location because of the consistanly great subs and friendly staff. We ordered our favorite subs (#13) today for pickup. The subs were even better than usual. They were a sub above indeed. Keep up the great work. Thank you.
