I came in yesterday for lunch and had the most phenomenal sandwich I’ve had in a long long time. This was mostly due to the helping hand of your kind and hardworking employee, Timothy. I was blown away by how well the customer service was considering it’s a sandwich shop, but my expectations were far more than exceeded.

Not a fan of dried out bread. I guess it’s my fault for going there for dinner. Bread must have been sitting out all day to get rock hard. I’ve had better. I do like a good sandwhich from Jersey Mikes though.

I Order subs and it was supposed to be ready by 1:30 and it wasn't ready until 1:45 when you enter the place they have food all over the floor it was very dirty and The front counter where you check out had food all over it not very clean place is not clean the employee s just stand around doing nothing I'm not a happy customer 😔

The employees don't know what customer service is.
If you order something on your app you won't get your food on the time you're going to put down to pick up. Employees don't care.
Employees just stand around only doing anything when they're cooking. They don't try to clean up all around bad attitude.

We ordered from this location on a regular basis and they always deliver fast fresh food. Probably my favorite chain sub shop, always tasty and fresh. The bread is always soft and has a good texture and flavor. Well made subs.

I recently visited Jersey Mike's and had the pleasure of being helped by Jośe. He was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my entire visit. Jośe went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great experience and even made some excellent recommendations for my meal. Not only was he incredibly nice and helpful, but he also made sure that my order was prepared quickly and efficiently.

The service was impeccable and the food was delicious. I highly recommend Jersey Mike's for anyone looking for a great sandwich and fantastic customer service. Thank you, Jośe, for making my visit so enjoyable. Five stars all around!

They don't have enough outdoor seating. Half of the guests were using the five guys tables and littering/leaving there mess for the five guys employees to pick up.
