Came in Wednesday afternoon and saw my favorite manager Frankie from the downtown Chandler location , he was helping this location out and man great service from both Frankie and I believe his name was Nate or Nathan thank you guys for being rockstars !!!

Very unfriendly staff, sad to walk into a place with most employees looking miserable and having zero human connection

My wife and I have several Jersey Mike's closer to us than this location, but always come to the Williams Field location because of the consistanly great subs and friendly staff. We ordered our favorite subs (#13) today for pickup. The subs were even better than usual. They were a sub above indeed. Keep up the great work. Thank you.

I came in on 6/10/2025 at noon and there was 3 guys working, from the minute we walked in they treated us horribly. I didn’t even want to be there after how bad it was. If you hate your job so much then work somewhere else!! I don’t even know what we did, we were so nice to them and it was just so incredibly judgy and awkward. I don’t think they even know what customer service is. Don’t go here, don’t spend your money at a place like this!

I recently visited Jersey Mike's and was thoroughly impressed - not just by the delicious subs, but by the outstanding customer service, thanks to the incredible management team, in particular Tim and Hannah.

A little boy i heard them call him Nate had the WORST customer service and maliciously made my food with an attitude. I heard him making disgusting jokes behind the counter and deserves to be fired. If i was a manager i would not want someone with such a horrible attitude on my team.

I love being able to order in the app and go in to pick up a delicious sub made just the way I want! Jersey Mike's has THE BEST bacon of ANYWHERE!! Add it to ALL the subs!!
