AMAZING customer service! We had ordered a delivery order and due to a glitch in their system, we received the incorrect sandwiches. We went in the next day and the very kind manager gave us the correct subs for free. She was super nice the entire time and even gave us a couple cookies. Delicious sandwiches and excellent customer service!

I order a sub and it was almost completed, but then the person decided to grab the trash can push down the trash in the garbage then handle my sandwich to add my toppings. I wasn’t not happy because I told the kid why would you do that handle my sandwich after touch the garbage and. Not your change your gloves. GROSS AND DISCUsting!!!

I was the jerk that walked in 10 minutes before close . They with a smile put slicer together and made a sandwich. Thank you. I was so happy to not have to get fast food again ...working pm shifts never have a good meal.

I don't typically leave reviews, but I just have to this time! The Gilbert Rd/Warner Rd location is absolutely amazing!! J.M.'s sandwiches are great at most locations, but the staff here make all the difference! I'm not over-stating it when I say that Matt and Kayla consistently provide the absolute greatest customer service, not just across the company, but the entire industry! And that's not to take away from their peers and co-workers, I have never once received less than amazing service from a single person here! I would HIGHLY recommend to friends, family... hell, anybody that asks! Thank you, guys!!!

Jersey Mike's already makes the best Subs but what puts this one over the top is their amazing customer service. Fun group! Made me laugh a few times!! (Opposed to other sub shops where the cashier can barely talk to you like a actual person or count change back). So, I highly recommend stopping in! The location is great too with all the different shops! Extra special thumbs up for two individuals that work there... Kayla and Lele... thank you for the great food and service! I will definitely be back and I'll tell everyone I know that this is the place I recommend the most!!!

I frequent this location once a week. I always order online and pick up in side... Only a few hiccups over the last year or two...Usually pick up at lunch hour.
Today, I wanted to use a text coupon that had to be redeemed in person...So I went in about 3:30...
Ready to start my order - I noticed that the slicer had not looked like it had been cleaned in a long time...everything else on the counter was a mess...Not only did I not want to eat their food; but I probably will never go back...Yes I am burning that bridge...
