This review isn't of Jersey Mikes as a whole. I love Jersey Mikes and will still go...but to other locations. This review is specific of this location. I arrived at 12:45pm. A few people dining in and 4 staff members behind the counter. No one greeted me. I got to the line to order (was just me in line). One lady was making what looks like four or more sandwiches. The other three were waiting on her. One person went to the back, the other two conversed with each other and sometimes the lady making sandwiches. Not one person looked at me/made eye contact. Not one person said "we will be right with you". Maybe I'm sensitive as I used to work quick service and know it's not hard to greet the guest. I get it, it was busy prior to my arrival. It was disappointing and I walked out after three minutes. Doesn't seem like a long time, but 3 minutes is an eternity to someone standing there without a greeting. So I went to subway instead

You have an employee that's rude and lazy Everytime I'm there she is either bullying other girls that work there sitting on her phone or giving a snooty attitude to customers she clearly hates her job. I waited a good 10 minutes before she put her phone down then acted upset she had to help me at all so I asked for a mgr she said she was the mgr her name is Kayla I will never eat there again you need to train your mgrs on customer service. And on hostile work environment I reported what I saw to corporate..i witnessed her cus at a girl who was actually working unlike her she treats people awful and her employees worse. I don't support that

I love jersey mikes. And usually this location is great on weekday nights. I just was in there and I wish I got their names, but this young girl with long hair was so rude. Had an attitude the whole time. Even with another employee in front of a store full of ppl. She Wasn't friendly or helpful. Another girl who I assumed was a shift lead or something acted like she couldn't work or something. There was a few orders and a line of ppl and only 2/4 people helping? I spend a lot of money at this place and I don't care how young someone is, be nice. Probably won't go back to this location.
The food here is seriously delicious and always fresh. I highly recommend trying their mouthwatering subs. They're packed with flavor and made with high quality ingredients. You won't be disappointed!

Me and my wife came in after a really long and hard day. We walked through the door and the assistant manager Miranda greeted us with a smile that was infectious. She was kind, courteous and payed attention to all of the weird details we have on our sandwiches. Couldn’t have had a better experience.
