Just got a #13 it was inedible it was soaking in whatever they use some type of oil based product and the entire sandwich fell apart...Who does this

I placed my order online, wasn't easy. I ended up requesting jalapeno peppers instead of regular mustard (boxes are too far away from list), called and fixed that. But the rest was all wrong. I had unchecked swiss cheese but got it anyway. They didn't do any of my special instructions. Thinking they can't read or they don't bother to. If you don't want anything special might be ok or if ordering in person. Delivery process was awesome though, web page was constantly updating the status and got status update texts too. Felt fully informed.

Sad to say this is my first negative experience with Jersey Mikes. My order had two sandwiches and I think that they were confused to make two sandwiches that I did not order. The app also makes it hard to voice complaints or comments. Hopefully I will have a better experience next time. Thanks!

Ever since we found this place.... we've ordered several days, out of every week for about two months now. Our favorite is the steak and portobello mushroom with parm and rosemary bread!!!❤️❤️❤️

This sandwich spot has been my favorite. I always get the philly cheesesteak. Gabby, One of the workers there is always so polite and friendly to talk to. She always gives great recommendations and always answers my questions with expertise.

I love Jersey Mike's, Thebfact they have a mini sub is perfect for me. I always hate when a 6 or 8 inch is the smallest offered, knowing I can't eat it all, making it more expensive, and it goes to waste. I am obsessed with the #7 Turkey and provolone. The workers are always super friendly and never even flinch when its 30 mins to close and i drop in for a quick sub!
