I have a rant and a suggestion. The next time a woman or man come in wearing their pajamas and flipflops and order 6+ giant sandwiches during lunch hours, they can wait. Because clearly they aren't working that day or any days and have all the time in the world. For those of us who have a job and have a limited time to eat lunch, that woman cost me my entire lunch break along with my other fellow employed workers who were patiently waiting behind me. It took 25 minutes for you to complete that woman's order. And to the ignorant woman who will never see this or care, next time order online. Or you could just be courteous and respectful and let people go in front of you, just a friendly thought.

Terrible staff and environment so sad there is no humanity left in any industry i called and spoke with Michael which was very kind considering the situation then he put the manager on the phone I simply asked if they were hiring and they said "this is not a good time to talk about that." And hung up on me how sad I was reaching for an opportunity to make my life better and give back to my community and the place I was wanting to put my trust, life and dedication; and to be treated like that was quite disrespectful and disgusting. I will never go here ever because of my experience with the staff/management i don't care how good the food treatment and service is everything!

I liked dining at J.M.s for the longest time and always got the philly, but then one time we got our meal, and one of the napkins in the bag smelled like a cleaning solution was on it. I called the restaurant and told the employee, and I was treated rudely and was told, " There was no way the napkins contained anything harmful." I will never eat at another Jerzey Mike's ever again.

Went on a Saturday night at 8:30 and the store closes at 9. Felt this was very reasonable for ordering a sub that takes 10 minutes and getting it to go. The guy who was clearly the manager on duty must have disagreed. He was visibly annoyed the entire time, kept oddly stressing they had no bacon which we never even ordered, and was just rude. They put the wrong bread top on one of the sandwiches which we didn’t notice - they’re the ones who figured it out and insisted on unwrapping everything, picking things off the bread and swapping them after we repeatedly assured them we didn’t care at all and to please just leave it rather than retouching all of our toppings. But somehow not even noticing the mismatch, being fine with the mismatch and even asking them three times to just leave the mismatch - made the two male employees more annoyed and rude? Just overall a bad experience.

Went jersey Mike's on Valvista and Baseline normally greeted as we walk in but not this time- multiple flies all over the bread and on our sandwiches as they were being made- young man at counter looked at receipt and noticed I hadn't left a tip and said "oh man" lol we won't be returung to this location.
