I have a rant and a suggestion. The next time a woman or man come in wearing their pajamas and flipflops and order 6+ giant sandwiches during lunch hours, they can wait. Because clearly they aren't working that day or any days and have all the time in the world. I liked dining at J.M.s for the longest time and always got the philly, but then one time we got our meal, and one of the napkins in the bag smelled like a cleaning solution was on it. I called the restaurant and told the employee, and I was treated rudely and was told, " There was no way the napkins contained anything harmful." I will never eat at another Jerzey Mike's ever again.
We decided to order from here for the Day of Giving, supporting PHX Children's hospital. We ordered about 20 sandwiches for our office, and everything was perfect. I even arrived a little early and they were already waiting on me, with names on all of the sandwiches! It made it so easy for me to hand out, and everyone was so happy. This is our go-to Jersey Mike's, we will be returning again! Thanks to everyone that was working their tails off!
