I ordered the buffalo chicken and it didn't taste at all like buffalo chicken. Flavor was terrible. Will not be ordering again.

Quick, professional, and delicious !

Manager is very condescending & not welcoming @ all. Simple questions are answered with abrupt, almost rude answers. You can tell that all the other employees fear her . It’s a much nicer atmosphere when she’s not there.

I ordered 11 sandwiches online. The food was good (not bad, not great). I had to wait after I arrived at the specified time, which was expected given the size of the order.

The biggest issue was that the sandwiches had hand written tags to interview them. However the world was barely legible and the code didn't make sense. On the order, I identified who the sandwiches were for, so I expected printed labels like I've seen at other places. That would have made handing out sandwiches much easier.

Additionally, one of the sandwiches was wrong.

Stopped I. To grab some subs for some friends that had not had jersey miles before. When in doubt go for the # 13 original Italian sub and get it Mike's way with the paper relish and Jalapeños. I hav2 made two.more life long Mike's fans. And because I use my shore points I was able to get ibw of them for free!!

I came in for the bad attitudes a lot of people are posting about. To my severe disappointment, not one employee gave me any. Eveyone working here today was fantastic and friendly.
Clean restroom and dining area. Everyone cleaned as they went.
I had an overall pleasant experience.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wide parking bays and sidewalks. Low thresholds for shop entry. Wide low ramps.

Was just in there. Usually I’m in weekday nights and they’re always so nice. Not today. The young girl who helped me had the worst attitude. Definitely could tell she didn’t want to be there. Then the girl in the glasses just left her by herself with mobile orders and a line. I probably won’t be back to this location. Disappointing.

I have eaten here many times with no issues, but my last order was awful as half the ingredients/toppings were missing. It was a delivery so I couldn't watch them make it (and shouldn't have to) so I didn't realize until the sub tasted way different from my expectations. To make it worse, I submitted a complaint/feedback, but never received a response. I will choose another location or brand next time.Update: I emailed the owner per their review response and have still not received a response from them.
