I just called up to order good and they hung up twice while taking order . So rude . Firstly, male Emilee picked up and hunged up on me and second time the same guy picked up and gave to his manager and she did the same . Crazy staff .

Very disappointed. Customer service was not very friendly-super bothered to even be working. The girl who took our order was not even done taking the order and the guy was already trying to make our sandwich’s and he missed half the order because he didn’t wait for her to finish putting the order in. Needless to say will never be going there again. The guy didn’t put over half the toppings on the sandwich’s and then when asked for extra sauce/extra toppings he wanted to argue about it. Don’t work a customer service job if you’re going to hate doing your job-and not even do it right.

DO NOT ever go here. If you do not tip them they SKIMP YOUR FOOD.I spent $35 on a gigantic sub and got five slices of turkey and four slices of bacon. THATS WHAT COME ON A NORMAL SUB !!! THIS PLACE IS FULL OF CHEATS !!!!

I guess they really changed their policies because the customer is always wrong we ordered some sandwiches that came out really light on the meat and when I called to correct the order they argued with me told me they didn't appreciate me complaining. I bought a lot of sandwiches from them over the past many years and the sandwiches were stellar that's why I keep coming back. Whatever it is it's not the same these guys are total losers they don't even have any idea what customer service is. And what worries me most is if these guys are this unprofessional then I'm worried about food safety I'm thinking they're not too good at that either. My daughter said what happened to my sandwich daddy it never looked like this before and I was like what the heck and called them. My recommendation at this point is to avoid a mismanaged questionable sandwich shop run by people that aren't too bright and at a cost that is at least is twice the price of a normal sandwich. Sorry to say I will never ever buy another sandwich from Jimmy John's because of this experience.

My girlfriend warned me not to eat here but since I’ve never tried it, I thought we should go. I didn't see on the menu any sub that offered the trio of roast beef, ham, and turkey which is my favorite combo, so I was told the gargantuan was the only thing close, so we order that. a 12” would have been perfect for her and I to share, but the only offering was an 8”, or 16.” So we reluctantly get the 16.” I saw the price on the register of 32.00 and change and to avoid conflict, or making a scene, I just paid it. I honestly don’t care if this was the best sub I’d ever had, 32.00 for a sub is absolutely ridiculous. To worsen the insult to my judgment, it was mediocre. Too much meat for the other ingredients, plain…nothing special about anything this sub offered. Bread was not exactly fresh and a bit dense and hard for my taste. This was an absolute waste of money at this price. I feel gross that I let go of that 32.00 for this sandwich.

Easton prepared our meals to perfection …AND while being super friendly and patient along the way. Rare to find kids like him these days. Going to tell my coworkers about this little spot, it’s perfect and Easton brings what’s expected when it comes to five star customer service. Thanks and God bless!

It’s honestly the whole team, but EASTON especially deserves recognition for his incredible customer service and ability to retain returning customers. Easton always has a smile on his face, welcomes customers in without hesitation, and seems like he enjoys the work he does. He, and the entire team here at Gilbert actually LISTEN to what’s being ordered and execute with total accuracy. There is a reason the extra-far trek is worth it, and that’s cause this Jimmy John’s location cares - GIVE ‘EM A RAISE, PAUL BROWN- stop being greedy!!! Thank you Easton and the whole crew over in Gilbert, Jimmy John’s is BEYOND fortunate to have you representing their brand in such a positive light in a high-traffic area.

Parking: There’s usually parking right outside the store.

Kid-friendliness: Atmosphere plays nice music, clean location and soda machine.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are two doors one can enter the store from; all wheelchair accessible.
