Easton always has a smile on his face, welcomes customers in without hesitation, and seems like he enjoys the work he does. He, and the entire team here at Gilbert actually LISTEN to what’s being ordered and execute with total accuracy. There is a reason the extra-far trek is worth it, and that’s cause this Jimmy John’s location cares - GIVE ‘EM A RAISE, PAUL BROWN- stop being greedy!!! Walked in to order the pickle sandwich and when I entered the store I knew it wasn't going to be good. First, the employee didn't even say hi to me. I had to say hi to him first. Then both employees with monotone voices and sad looks on their faces. Begrudgingly made my pickle sandwich. When they finished my sandwich. They didn't even say here you go or anything. They just handed it to me. When I finally got home to look at this pickle sandwich I discovered they didn't even cut it in half. Not to mention, I ordered the turkey version of the sandwich and they forgot the cheese. To recap they gave me a pickle with turkey and lettuce on it. Definitely do not go to Jimmy John's. Go to Jersey Mike's far friendlier service and way better food.

We bought 2 wraps today and mine was the Beach one... This was the first time I have ever had Jimmy Jones and I won't go back again.
It was stuffed with lettuce had 2 pieces of tomato with literally 1 piece of turkey so for the price & lack of everything but Lettuce I wouldn't go here again.

It took an hour and a half to get delivery of one sandwich combo a half mile from the location. No communication and no apology. I had to call the location to find out the status. No wonder the latest reviews are all awful. Won’t be going to back to this location.
I recently visited Store #2131 for lunch and had a disappointing experience. I ordered the #5 Vito, and they gave me half the amount of meat compared to other locations I've visited. I usually get the largest size sandwich, which lasts me a few small lunches for three days, but this time I finished it in one sitting. My wife ordered the #6 Veggie and was also shocked at the sparse toppings. Our sandwiches were mostly bread.
The store was nearly empty on a Saturday afternoon, which now makes sense. I tipped the maximum 20% and asked the employee to add a generous amount of extra mayonnaise to my Vito, but he didn't put any.
There were two young employees working, and neither greeted me upon entering. They barely interacted with me while I looked at the menu. There was no sense of urgency or customer service. I've been to this location a few times, and the sandwiches are consistently poorly made with the same indifferent attitudes.
Being the only customer at 4 PM on a Saturday, I asked an employee how his day was, and he mentioned it had been slow all day. Now I understand why. Despite living nearby, I won’t be returning to this location. Instead, I'll drive to Store #1997 at 68 E Main in downtown Mesa for better service and quality.

I’m in Arizona on a short visit. The first thing you notice is the young staff with absolutely zero people skills. I’m also annoyed that you are semi forced to tip on the machine when you pay. I happened to be there when the manager was walking around by the front drink cooler counting waters of bottles… I guess it’s a part of his job description but I thought it was ironic when he then told his young staff that they have too much free time on their hands when the same could be said for him. As for the food. I ordered my regular beach club… nowhere near as good as I get in my hometown of Cleveland.

Came here today wanting a freaky fast Italian sandwich, and I walked out 3 min later. It’s a really good location and the food was made exactly how o expect Jimmy John’s to be. I’m a fan of their food and subs and todays did not disappoint. The staff was friendly and efficient!
