These guys ARE Awesome!!!! ❤️ I can not express enough the highest level of exceptional service that I get from this Jimmy Johns!!!! I recently had a small issue and was completely blown away at the effort they made to make things right!!!! The service, the fresh ingredients, delicious bread and big portions are what sets them apart from any other sandwich place in Mesa!!! These guys should train the Scottsdale location what service levels should look like!!!! My favorite is the Italian and the Veggie. Freaky fast and freaky delicious!!Vegetarian options: As a vegetarian there are endless options! ❤️?Dietary restrictions: Just ask and they will help you!!

Came here today wanting a freaky fast Italian sandwich, and I walked out 3 min later. It’s a really good location and the food was made exactly how o expect Jimmy John’s to be. I’m a fan of their food and subs and todays did not disappoint. The staff was friendly and efficient!

I would be aware of this location as I was paying for my sub with cash noticed the cashier had gloves on so I thought he would change his gloves after he took my money was I wrong he was using the same gloves to grab all food items then I confronted him he seemed surprised and some what apologetic I'm assuming this hasn't been the first I asked to speak to the manager same attitude anyway I would eat here with caution!! I don't get sandwiches here but I regularly come in for their day old bread. The staff always seems nice, courteous and clean-cut. I appreciate the good price on awesome bread ??

My sandwich was missing some ingredients. I couldn't go back to correct it due to being on my lunch hour at work.Update: thanks for reaching out to me. I apologize for any inconvenience. The team works hard.

I just so happen to be on that side of town which is not my normal Jimmy John's and I would just like to say that is the absolute cleanest establishment I have ever been to as well as this is the absolute best veggie sandwich I've ever had at any location! Thank you!

Ordered through doordash but never got the delivery.. Called the store and they told me they had a different apartment number than the doordash order, so they sent it out again. I later got a call from the delivery driver saying that he was at the apartment door even though I was standing outside my door and did not see him? He eventually found me and claimed that there was another apartment in the same building that had the same apartment number as well as the first order still there in front of the door.. After he gave me the new order (he didn't have the old one after saying he found it?), I walked around the building and did not find a duplicate apartment number and no food left at someone else's door. Not to mention that the receipt on the order's bag (marked as "reprint") had the correct apartment number all along... All of this makes me believe that Jimmy John's had made an error and didn't take accountability. I had never had an issue with this location before, so I was pretty disappointed :(

7 minutes away from my house and for some reason the website says you don't deliver to me. Been going on for a while and ive had delivered before with no problem. Put 85204 back on your map.

Very disappointed in my sandwich. 3 very thin slices of meat, very little lettuce. We will not be using Jimmy John's. We will take our business to Jersey mikes.
