First. The cashier greeter seemed unhappy and was not welcoming. We went in there happy and he immediately was like what do you want? Okay? And? Second. It was disgusting. My BLT had two small pieces of tomato and majority lettuce. My BLT was cut in half and each piece had ONE bacon. Strange food.

This place is terrible it’s dirty tables sticky floors only leaves me to imagine how they take care of the food. They mess up in orders but say you are lying you call them out about it I thought customers are right especially when I am looking at the sandwich seems like whoever owns this place needs to look at the reviews it’s sad especially looking At the previous reviews. I will not ever come to any jimmy John’s especially when it’s franchise owners dont even care

This place is terrible I placed an online order with specific directions for my sandwich saying no tomatoes and onions I ended up getting onions tomatoes and cucumbers and on my wife's sandwich she wanted extra avocados which she didn't get that or the tomatoes and cucumbers so I called to complain about this and the person that answered the phone basically called me a liar and that she made the sandwiches how did she know what sandwiches I was talking about without asking for any information. She expected me to take the sandwiches back to the location which is 4 miles one way so would make it a 16 mile trip for a screwup they did. I am going to go out of my way and not recommend any jimmy johns ever especially this location the girl that made my sandwich was rude and disrespectful she needs to be put on cleaning duty since the place was dirty and tables sticky

We ordered delivery sandwiches. My son got the Firecracker Wrap $16 for just the wrap ?. It was disgusting and nobody ate it. I called the store and asked for a replacement sandwich and offered to pick it up. They absolutely refused to accommodate me in any way. Jimmy John's does not care about customer satisfaction. The manager was condescending and uncaring. I have never been to another establishment that does not offer to make things right if what you paid for sucks. Thanks for stealing my money and being rude. NEVER AGAIN. They care only about taking your money.

The power and Ray location was closed with no notice or sign on a Saturday midday so I drove to this location very friendly and did a great job I may just drive further to go to this location in the future.

I didn't know it was possible to make a sandwich or wrap with so little of meat. Ive ordered several times and haven't received a sandwich with more than two pieces of meat on it. I even paid for extra meat one time and they didn't give me extra meat. I paid extra for nothing. I will be switching back to Jersey Mike's from now on

1st off I ordered a sandwich and a soda and it came up to 14.00 I asked if it would be cheaper to get the meal instead… She stated yes a dollar cheaper… Next thing you know my bill was 17.00… left it alone and paid it… Then I asked to make sure my bread was soft…. They assured me that the bread would be soft…. Came home and Bread was harder than a baseball bat…… Called to complain and the “manager” said smartly well we gave you the softest bread we had….. here’s a pic of the “softest bread they had”

Ordered a sandwich on DoorDash almost two hours ago. I looked in the DoorDash app to see what’s up. I’m currently still waiting on Jimmyjohn’s to “put my order together” last time I checked, cutting bread open, putting mayo, avocado, lettuce, turkey, and tomatoes should take 1 person about 5 minutes if they are their house. If I had an assembly line in my house with 1 other person, all food prepped, we’d cut that time in half or more. I’m in a hotel that’s two minutes away and trying to get work done on my PC.
