This used to be our favorite go to place for our birthday celebration. The food and service was perfect. BUT, this year we were disappointed, surprised actually! The ribs were dry, outside was overdone. It was a let down. The citrus coleslaw was bitter, and what happened to the HUGE proof lemon cake! We used to give 5 stars, but today we dropped down. And, they were not busy. Hum

Food was excellent. We loved the honey mustard BBQ sauce. Brisket is the best. Quick service by friendly staff. Loved the patio seating outside.

We came early to eat before our show. The food was great. We had the BBQ sandwiches.

Hands down the best BBQ I’ve had in Arizona… and I’m from Texas. 10/10 do recommend.

Established, popular BBQ joint in downtown Gilbert. The portion sizes are generous... even for the kids' meals. You probably won't have to wait for a table, but you could wait a while in line to order and get your food.

The food was good i got a 4 meat platter with greens and mac n cheese. Everything was good except the greens.

Truly the best BBQ I’ve ever had in my life. I cannot wait to go back. Mac and cheese is always a tough one to get right but theirs was 10/10.

The brisket is so flavorful and melt in your mouth. The turkey sausage was a pleasant surprise since we don't eat pork. The mac n cheese is unique and very creamy. We also enjoyed a salad with BBQ dressing and a piece of cornbread with honey butter ... my husband started eating the butter with a fork lol We also apprecitated that the sauce wasn't roo sweet. This was hands down the best bbq we have had at a restaurant and we have had a lot. Will be repeat customers for sure!

Dietary restrictions: We don't eat pork so the turkey sausage was an amazing option.

It's definitely an interesting place. Feels like a school cafeteria or prison I guess (although I definitely wouldn't know since I'm totally a law abiding citizen).

There's quite a bit of choice with regards to what to order. The portions are friggin huge, so you've been warned. I thought if I took the chopped brisket I would be fine, but I didn't expect the heap of meat I got. The citrus slaw (pictured) was good, but not spicy at all, which was a little disappointing.

Anyway, I enjoyed it and I'm glad my friends suggested that.

Sandwich was very dry & for a “family” restaurant I find it’s odd they don’t have high chairs or a booster seat. For the price there is WAY better bbq places to eat.
