Tough chicken , barely any sauce on it. Bad quality , spend $30 for few pieces of chicken and rics. Never again.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here was unacceptable. During my visit, our server accidentally dropped a plate of sushi directly onto my shirt — completely ruining it. Accidents happen, and I understand that. What I don’t understand is how the restaurant handled it.

There was no o offer to cover the dry cleaning or replace the shirt, and to make matters worse, they didn’t even comp the meal. I was left sitting through dinner with soy sauce and fish on my clothes, trying to make the best of it, but the lack of accountability from the staff left a bad taste in my mouth — and not the kind you expect from sushi.

The food itself was decent, but frankly, it’s hard to enjoy a meal when you’re sitting in stained clothing. Customer service matters, especially when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, this place missed the mark completely.

I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values basic hospitality and accountability.

I’ve been here multiple times and i love it. The food is genuinely amazing and they always bring out food quickly. I’ve recommended it to friend and family.

I would highly recommend they turn the A/C about 10° to 12° lower. It was very hot in there, especially while eating hot food, and it’s 110°+ outside. Being in a chilled restaurant while eating ramen would be ideal!

This is one of my favorite mother daughter date spots. The food is so good, the ramen broths are rich and layered with flavor. The pork melts in your mouth, and the chicken katsu is crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. They also serve their shrimp tempura on a bed of lettuce with a chimichurri sauce that leaves you wishing it was acceptable to eat it by the spoonful. Every person on staff is so kind too. As someone who's really missed flavorful, bold, transitional dishes with a contemporary flare, I was over the moon to discover this place!

First timers here, we tried the Kazu Ramen based on our servers recommendation and it was so good! Our server was so helpful and attentive we will definitely be back

Kazu Ramen was awesome!! This was our first time. We got the spicy miso ramen (extra spicy), salmon poke, pork gyoza, and two sushi rolls. Ramen was flavorful, ingredients went together well, chashu was perfectly cooked. Salmon poke was delicious! Everything was great. Our waitress was super friendly and very helpful with explaining the menu. Cute place to take friends and family. 10/10 will definitely be back
