Kazu Ramen

Terrible service. Pick up said ready at 619 they said 55 minutes and 20 minutes later still waiting. They keep saying over and over sorry but no order yet. Manager or owner made sure a regular picking up was help fast but not us. Very disappointing.

absolutely delicious!!! good portion size ramen with plenty of leftovers. I got the spicy miso, my partner got the shoyu and we both tried each of them liked them both. so flavorful and freshly made. a little pricey but its worth it for sure. only thing I would ask for is more toppings for the ramen would be great!!

Food is great, probably the best I have had in Arizona. Food was out super quick too even thought it was busy. Their egg is also the best egg I have ever eaten, if anyone could tell me how it is cooked that would be great.

The resturant is very quant and SUPER clean. The service is always amazing and the food is to die for! I get the tonkatsu ramen but I get it with wavy noodles, so good I never leave a crumb behind.

Drove 30 minutes from Gold Canyon to get some soup. Not the first time either . Ordered the Katsu and ribeye bowls. Got home to watch the suns game only to discover I didn't get get Katsu Ramen . Got something with red broth and smelled like burnt garlic. The meat was not breaded like what was ordered . Still don’t know what it was.

My wife ordered the ribeye bowl which honestly was nothing but fat . That’s not an exaggeration at all.

Anyway called in to explain what had happened and the response from the manager was to bring it back and they would refund . Keep in mind I just had an hour of total drive time . We did tell them this . We are not anyone looking for a free meal trust me. Just the most unexpected response I have ever received .

I highly do not recommend this place just because of the response at bare minimum . Who treats customers like this ?

You just lost customers forever because of your response . I honestly would have given it another try but what the heck is that customer service all about ?

I will continue to pass the word around from here on out .

Honestly outstanding, seriously some of the best chicken ramen I’ve ever had, and this includes experiences from Tokyo and Kyoto. Deep, rich, and flavorful. It didn’t just feel like someone dumped generic chicken broth and served it up, as has been my experience with some disappointing ramen spots in the past. My wife enjoyed her veggie miso ramen too! I’m definitely coming back

I enjoy ramen and Japanese food but I have to be careful since I cannot really have ginger.

The staff were accommodating by checking the ingredients including marinades to ensure there were no complications for me.

Sushi was tasty, katsu ramen was great.

Make sure you come in to try, but be ready to possibly wait a bit. They are popular!!

The ramen is always so good, the noodles are perfectly chewy and the gyoza is to die for!! I like it extra crispy and I love their chicken (idk how to spell the thing) and whenever I get extra corn on my ramen and extra noodles they give the perfect amount, the ramen always has made my tummy happy especially after a rough day after dealing with life😋😋

The best ramen I’ve had! We ordered the sashimi, gyoza, and tonkotsu ramen and it was delicious! Our waitress Yuri was very helpful and took great care of us!

I absolute LOVE their ramen. I tried to order Takatsu Ramen from another place and was very disappointed. Their Kazu Ramen is made from bone broth, not powder, and you can taste the difference. The spice level is perfect and the pork belly melts in your mouth.
My wife is not a fan of ramen and she ate most of my bowl.
You can tell they go the extra mile with their preparation and ingredients. I highly recommend!

Well I have to say I didn't have the Ramen, which would probably be why you come here. The teriyaki chicken is fresh and good.
