The food tasted good but everyone in my family was sick afterwards. We know it was from this place because all of us were sick at the same time. To add on to it, we ordered online and now the card we used no longer works. Very upset and disappointed, never going here again and will be reporting to our bank what happened with this place. Eh. It was perfectly fine. I’d have to say that it was more like top Ramen in a bowl. Flavor wasn’t bad. Presentation is good. I had to ask for more flavorful things to add to it. And I’m pretty basic when it comes to flavor. It was nice as they had charging port near the tables. The lady that works there was super helpful and fast. The chopsticks are really low quality. Overall I’d give it a five out of 10.

Servers are super nice. Food is soooo good. Good prices. Went back a week later to try another dish. And the octopus balls were soooo good.I tried the chicken katsu-men and it was good, but not exciting. It was a basic ramen. Again, good but not exciting. I LOVE the spicy tonkostu... without spice was very good too!
Employees were very friendly and service was superb. Tried the Kazu Ramen and the Tonkatsu Ramen. Both were excellent. Spicy is just enough heat to be enjoyable without physical pain. Have been to some Ramen spots where spicy was way too much. Takoyaki were also excellent if you are into seafood. This will absolutely be a new regular stop for us.
i’ve been looking for an authentic Ramen shop that has flavors as good as the area i’m from, and so far Kazu has come the closest. while i’m fairly certain the tonkotsu broth is not authentic and made with coconut milk, the other ramen options are fairly flavorful and worthwhile, and the gyoza is among my favorites i’ve had. the service here is impeccable and i very much enjoy my visits here, and have even brought friends and family. i will continue my hunt for an authentic tonkotsu in the area.

The staff here are so kind. We had a party of three come and were seated immediately. The restaurant was a little chilly and I asked the server if they could turn the heat on because it was a little chilly and they did! They let us know afterwards also that they had changed the temperature and asked if we were comfortable. The entire restaurant is incredibly clean, the restrooms are very clean as well. They made sure that not just our table, but all the other tables were well taken care of. Everything came out hot and fresh. I got the Katsu-men bowl and it was great at the price that it was. I would absolutely be returning here with friends and family.
