Always used to love the original recipe chicken. Every time I go now, it’s like this place is using some cheap discount chicken—NO flavor at all!! The seasoned fries have more seasoning than the chicken. Very very bland and unappetizing. A huge waste of money. Also, the “wings” look NOTHING like a chicken wing. Doesn’t even look like any part of a chicken. Not too sure what’s going on there. I honestly don’t think it’s even KFC chicken they are selling.
20 minutes in drive thru just to get to the menu board, then 5 minutes waiting for them to take my order. followed by 8 minutes to get to the pickup window
