Today I went there around 2:08 p.m. and upon pulling up into the drive-thru I was greeted by a friendly voice. He introduced himself Pedro, which I have never been greeted like that before where it was personal. He made me feel comfortable in ordering two pot pies and recommended the Mountain Dew that they only serve which is peach. Be struck up a conversation through drive-thru and I was excited to meet him at the window. Very friendly guy and I got his last name too, I appreciate it his customer service and made me reconsider going there because at first I had written it off. But thanks to Pedro Alvarez and him being himself and taking time out of his busy day to provide excellent service which is a lost art! Give this man a raise

I give it a one star because the owner clearly doesn’t hire enough people to do the work. There is only 3 people working and like 10 dine in customers and a flooded drive thru. Took me 30 mins to get my food! Unacceptable!! (Not the employee’s fault though.) not enough man power..

I went in to pick up an order from this location and it smells like manure in this KFC. I don’t know if someone walked in with horse poop on their shoes and they didn’t clean it or if their toilets are overflowing, but I thought I walked into a barn. I had to plug my nose to keep from barfing.

Drive through had no food. All chicken was reserved for online pickup/delivery orders and drove through orders were being pushed to 10-30 minute wait times.

The place was smelling of toilet. Ordered extra crispy bucket and received the soggiest sorriest pieces of fried chicken I have ever seen.

Over priced and under performing seems to be the objective at KFC.
Food is simply not worth the price demanded, it would be different if it were of better quality and flavor but it's simply not remotely worth what's being charged. While the coleslaw was outstanding the chicken seems excessively fatty and greasy.
Service is lame to non-existent. I felt the staff had zero concerns with eating my time waiting on them to get their act together.
The lobby wasn't remotely clean, just another example of staff indifference while disrespecting guest.
Extremely disappointed in the entire experience. This disaster could be easily fixed with a serious injection of pride from the staff, but apparently failed guest relations is the norm here.
I think Canes is down the street.
I cannot recommend visiting this KFC for any reason.
