Koibito Poke - Gilbert & Warner

Pros: bright inside, good music. Late hours for a poke place. Enjoyed the aioli on top.

Neutrals: not much seating. No octopus but the card for it was there.

Cons: Teen girl, Hispanic with brunette hair - AND teen boy with fluffy hair BOTH seemed like they didn’t want to be there or they were preoccupied. The salmon had a few bones in it.

Loved everything about this place. First props to the two running the show tonight both were super nice, customer service skills are on point and the young gentleman was super professional and kind. Secondly amd almost as important as the first, the food was fresh, delicious and left us satisfied. We will be back.

We've gotten takeout several times now. We've enjoy their selections, although they don't have as many choices as other places we also like. The service is fantastic and they have a nice vibe with music and options to sit inside or out.

Excellent, very fresh poke. Customer service was top notch. I built my own medium bowl and got generous amounts of each topping. I love that they offer a weighted amount of protein so you can get three types without having to get the biggest bowl on the menu. I will absolutely be back! (Quality, soft mochi ice cream too!)

Editing to add: I returned, in person this time, and my experience was amazing. Updating my review based on this.
The food itself is really good and I ordered it based on reviews. I just wish the portion matched the price, the value is not there and I likely won't return. I ordered a medium bowl for $17, my picture is self explanatory.

Stop by here for the first time and oh man so clean. plenty of seating with music to listen to while you eat. The atmosphere was awesome and the staff were professional. And the food man oh man the food is delicious and fresh. I highly recommend eating here.

Great customer service.

Even when a bowl is empty and it’s 8p, 30m before close and you almost feel bad for asking for pineapple - they’re more than happy to get it for you.

Makes you feel all warm and fuzzy!

My partner and I love poke. We’ve checked out a lot of places but this one has consistently been my favorite. Our most recent visit (9/14 evening) we were welcomed in kindly and the employees were not only attentive but held a warm space like they enjoyed being there. And as always the food was delicious. This doesn’t happen often anymore, it’s rare and much needed. Thank you. We will be back…

I have eaten at this place probably 15 times and have never experienced bad customer service until a few days ago. The teen boy with the medium colored hair was not friendly and didn’t seem like he wanted to be there. Additionally, the girl with brunette hair didn’t seem to weigh my proteins, and there were less protein than usual. I won’t be back to this specific one sadly

The store is clean and bright! The Poke bowls are fresh, healthy, a nice size, delicious, and well-priced.

Gigi and Audrey were efficient, very friendly, and smiling a lot. They were very informative to those not familiar with Poke bowls and offered samples to ensure everyone was happy.

Gigi and Audrey were outstanding! You and the public are very lucky to have them serve us Poke bowls!

The thinly sliced produce was pre-prepared perfectly. Our healthy, refreshing bowls were great!
