Had a great time meeting some friends here. The pinball machines were a lot of fun, and I enjoyed the wide variety of arcade machines available. I didn't realize how much I had missed playing non-emulated arcade games. The CRT scan lines and tactile controls are a very specific, but hard to replicate, factor of the fun. I only tried one drink, but I'll definitely be back sometime in the future to try some others. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

*New Response*. I decided to do some research on what you just said and under the A.R.S. §4-241(K)(1), you cannot accept a vertical drivers license if it was from the State of Arizona. Since my ID was from Florida, this could have been accepted. I included the document for your business to be able to double check. Let me know if this helps!
Extremely disappointed with this bar. I was with my boyfriend and my friend and we just wanted to keep the night going and saw that this place was open until 2 am. We go in they ask for my ID. I have a Florida ID that is still vertical. I have NEVER had a problem with my ID in Arizona. The guy that looked at it decided that since it was vertical “it was against the law to accept it” even though I am 24 YEARS old. I have attached proof that Arizona does not have an issue with vertical ID. Even though I tried to explain he was just being extremely rude and did not let me stay. Extremely disappointed in this establishment and will not be coming back.

Today’s visit to Ready Player One was a fantastic experience, thanks in large part to our bartender, Santos. His expertise in mixology truly elevated our time at this unique alcohol and arcade venue.
I tried “The Dude,” a perfectly crafted cocktail that balanced flavors beautifully. If you’re in the mood for something sweet and nostalgic, the “Toasty” is a must-try, especially with its delightful flaming marshmallow topping that really captures the essence of s’mores.
The “Rainbow Brite” was another highlight, featuring vibrant rainbow candy that added a fun twist to the drink. Each sip was as delicious as it was visually appealing.
Overall, the atmosphere is lively, and with Santos behind the bar, you're in for a memorable night filled with great drinks and gaming. Highly recommend!

Water wondering around downtown gilbert me and my friend wondering into level one which we were greeted with a warm welcome as if we were regulars who come all the time and that is all thanks to Santos who is now my new favorite bartender who was very knowledgeable let us know about the daily specials and recommended the best drinks I’ve had in a while the conversation was amazing made it feel like I was talking to a old friend I will be back for sure thank you again santos

Came to Level One as a first timer, immediately upon walking in my friend and I were greeted with a very friendly warm welcome. The drinks Santos (my new favorite bartender) made us were ABOVE and BEYOND! Highly recommended and I will definitely be paying Level One, Gilbert location another visit real soon! I was just underwhelmed by this place. It is tight and cramped and seemed like there were a bunch of Gym bros in there. The games were a bit run down and the pinball games were a bit to elevated in the back. They do have tvs above the machines to see the pinball tables as you play, so thats cool. The bartenders were cool and the drinks were okay priced.

Level 1 Arcade Bar is not just a place for hardcore pinball fans to be at but a fun bar for anyone wanting to have a great time with friends to grab a cool drinks. They have every popular pinballs machine one can imagine. I love the fact that there is a TV showing your gameplays so can really showing off your pinball skills. Their drinks are delicious with perfect bar snacks to go with. I highly recommend this location for a fun day night or pinball fan bday party.

UPDATE: In a year this place has made a lot of changes and not good ones. They got rid of their food, said they didn’t want to compete with other places in downtown Gilbert. So don’t. Have some basic bar food, like your loaded tots and some other basic finger foods. They added donuts…not sure why - they never have any made. Got rid of games. Hoping the downtown mesa one is more like this one used to be.
OG Review: This place is SO fun. It’s super clean. Yummy Food. Great prices. And if you go on Tuesday’s you get token with every purchase. It’s my husband and I’s go to for date night.
