Went once and the bartender cut me off after one drink. Still dont know why. I was not acting crazy lol but she would not give me a reason as to why.. games are ok but it gets really pact. Mesa one is better

We went to level one today and the bartender was extremely rude as soon as we got there. She was short, condescending, no customer service, belittle some of us, and made our experience terrible. We have been there many times and have never experienced such horrendous service. We couldn’t even stand to stay there or want to spend another dime due to her poor attitude. What was sad is that her fellow coworkers said she’s always rude and I saw it not only with us, but with all the customers she served. Our friend had accidentally got soap in his first beer from the automatic soap dispenser in the bathroom, right after he had gotten it. He talked to this bartender, who wouldn’t help him, but told him oh well you have to pay, it’s your fault. Okay whatever we can pay, but just wow, any good establishment or “manger” as she called herself would have not responded or treated a customer like that. As you can say we will not be returning.

Service was absolute trash. Bartender was rude from the moment we walked in. Not only to us but to all guests. She said she was the manager but I hope not. If this place is trusting her to “manage”, then they are gonna lose a lot of clientele.$3 beers couldn’t even keep us here after the interaction with her. Even the other staff said they wondered about her attitude on a daily basis.

Friendly staff. Nice 80s and 90s arcade games. I played mainly mortal kombat 2 and ultimate mk3. I really wanted to play street fighter. 3 third strike but it was down. So glad once again to see such a place exist.

Came for the St. Patrick day event 3/17/24 and had a horrible experience. Rude bartender, he stated he didn't care how long we waited it was not first come first served because he was by himself. Took almost 20 minutes to her 1 water and 4 draft beers. Place really went down hill after Nick left. Definitely will not EVER be back!!

For St Patrick’s Day the service was appalling. The bartender was nasty and rude and certainly not worth the visit. There was no need for the barman to be so nasty, vindictive and spiteful, just because he was on his own behind the bar, that’s hardly the customers problem.If they can’t handle a day like this I can only imagine what the rest of the week is like.I definitely won’t come back to this place and worst part it was my first time - and it was recommended to me by a friend. Avoid this place like the plague - disgusting
Love coming here. Always a good time and the bartenders are great! Shout out to Chelsea for always making it a good time! Our group loves coming here for an all night hang or just a quick drink and a game.

Pretty cool spot to visit for games and drinks. They had quite a few pinball games and classic arcade games, an outdoor patio, and open bar area. Somewhat small but very lively. The dj was playing good music and staff was friendly.

Nice and new pinball machines. Would be nice to offer a membership to play as much as you wanted. 3 balls isn't enough for $1 play.
