Hot n Ready? More like Not n Forever…..didn’t even have breadsticks up. I get it places get slammed or busy but why would someone wait 15 minutes for breadsticks when I can call somewhere and it be done in less time. Convenience is the key to Little Cesar’s and there is/was no convenience this Weds at 6:53pm
Its Lil' Caesars.... it's cheap pizza, but it's better than Domino's.
Super disappointed with this order. I got the extreme sausage pizza and there were barely any pieces of sausage on it, definitely not worth the money.
When the pizza is cooked perfectly it's near the best pizza ever
The woman up fron refused to make eye contact, or acknowledge any of us for 15 minutes. The only reason she helped us when we did is when the man in front of me turned and asked me if I could see him. Once we finally did order, it took 15 minutes to get my 1 classic pizza and some breadsticks. I don't know what happened to little Ceasars hot and ready, but this is definitely not it. A guy came in to place an order and I told him to go somewhere else if he wanted to get out in a timely manner, so he tried asking the girl that helped us how long it would be, but she didn't make any eye contact whatsoever, and she clocked out and walked right by us without saying a word.
this place rarely delivers a satisfying experience, last time i actually was able to get food they gave me the opposite of what I ordered, and this time they’re out of dough? like how does a pizza place run out of dough
I tried this location again after not ordering from them for two months, ordered through Door Dash, two pretzel crust pizzas, both pizzas looked like they had been sitting in a box for a long while, they were NOT pretzel crust, they actually put salt on the crust of a regular crust on both.
I would advise not ordering from this location unless you pick up in person. I've tried using this Lindsay and Warner location for years, it's the worst.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION
My experience was terrible. The food was extremely dry and cokd. Not only did I not receive all the items I ordered, but I also did not get a refund for the missing items. They kept my money and didn't even offer a coupon for the value of the undelivered items. To make matters worse, the manager would not speak to me directly and instead communicated through a young employee.
Awesome
I had a terrible experience at this Little Caesars. I placed an online order and when I arrived, my pre-ordered pizza wasn’t ready. I was understanding and agreed to wait another 15 minutes, but that’s when the frustration began. When I politely asked for a sauce as a small gesture for the delay, the staff flatly and rudely refused, saying I should just “be understanding” because the manager was working alone.
However, when the other employee arrived, he had time to walk to another store to grab a soda, showing he clearly wasn’t too busy to assist customers / help the manager “catch up” though, my order should’ve been done.
It’s ridiculous and unacceptable to be denied something as simple as SAUCE after poor scheduling and lack of accountability. This was a clearrr example of horrible customer service and I won’t be returning.

I waited for 40 mins for two hot and readys! Aren’t they usually ready when u get there ? Also it seem like they were more focused on online orders while the store was packed !
This employee was argumentative and rude to me when I asked for a DoorDash . She’s was mean to everyone in here including her coworkers . Why all the attitude I just wanted to get the order !!

No joke, this place was so freaking busy when I went in. I had a specification because of a dietary issue, and they were so sweet to me. Even though it was so busy and they were taking a really long time to get the orders out; they were completely communicative about it, super nice and created a fun atmosphere where everyone was interacting. We all ended up joking and talking and hanging out together while we waited. It was so fun! Furthermore, my pizza was perfect. It was what I was craving, and it was made exactly how I wanted it to be made. The woman working also messed with the computer so that it wasn't trying to charge me for the deletion of sauce (instead of trying to charge me extra to have no sauce). Don't know if that makes sense but you should definitely go to this location. They're awesome! 💓

Walked in,no one at the front, no greeting, many people waiting for their orders. Stood off to the side, 15 minutes later a man came in and he was helped right away. "Friend maybe?" I said I'm here to pick up but want to add a hot and ready item. None made still have to wait. Looking in the back as you have a clear view. There gentleman was not in uniform, muscle shirt type, yet looked as if he was assisting. Is that how workers look these day?
