The pretzel crust with cheese sauce was AMAZING!!! and the staff are always friendly! 👍

Little Ceasars is my favorite pizza, but not after today, at least the one in Maricopa. This is the last time I will go there, due to a lack of customer service, and food not made correctly. I had flat puffs, and they had more extra crispy edges higher than the puff itself.

Make sure you check your pizza before you leave. This is the second time my order was messed up this year, only a month a half into it. No credit offered, no apologies, and worst attitude.

I would rate lower if I could. I sent my partner to pick up two separate orders of cheese pizzas and bread sticks. They refused to deliver part of the order because they “couldn’t see it on their screen.” I showed them the receipt of what I had already paid for and they refused to accommodate, or give me a refund. The child at the register lied about being the manager, and when confronted, admitted that the real manager wouldn’t be in until the next morning. Police were called and if I need to file a civil lawsuit, I will. Absolutely worst location and wouldn’t waste my energy with the terrible customer service and theft that was exhibited. 0 stars really, and that employee in the absolutely hideous bucket hat deserves to be terminated.

We decided to stop by for pizza before going trick-or-treating with our kids. We had carefully planned everything with my family to ensure we’d be on time, calling ahead to confirm wait times. When we were told it would be a 30-minute wait, we thought it was perfect for our schedule. However, once we arrived and asked how much longer, the staff couldn’t provide any clear answers or an updated wait time just a vague response with no assurance. Ultimately, we ended up waiting over an hour and a half for our food, which threw off our entire evening and delayed our plans. This level of disorganization was incredibly frustrating, especially when we had kids eagerly waiting to go trick-or-treating. Waiting far beyond the expected time without any communication is not acceptable, especially on a busy night. We were left disappointed with both the service and the lack of accountability.

Excellent, very friendly, they do everything possible to understand me in Spanish and always smiling, everyone is an excellent person.

Parking: Very good, I always find a place and they serve quickly.

I ordered using the Little Caesar's app and had a free 2 liter Pepsi product with purchase of $15 or more. The purchase was $25, but they would not honor the free Pepsi product because it wasn't on the order. Bogus.

I’ve been here a few times in the past year. Food is pretty consistent! I use the online app, food is always done within the time given. Who ever is running the show here lately however is on point. Prolly the best little Ceasar’s I’ve been too!
