I ordered 3 boxes of the pizza puffs and 1 box of Italian cheese bread . My entire order was burnt and the pizza puffs had no sauce in them .. 3 boxes of just bread and 2 pepperonis in each one .. This location used to be so good but the last few times I’ve ordered from here the quality is worse than bad . Idk what’s going on but they need to make some improvements.

I ordered 8 pizzas and 6 bread sticks for my students and set the pick up time to 12:15 - 12:20pm.

Got a notification that my Pizzas were ready to be picked up at 11:56am. Which is 20-24 minutes before my designated pick up time.

I called to ask if this was correct and the Ast. Manager said they were busy and were just making tickets as they come in and their "ovens were full and tickets were backed up". That does make sense, i've worked at pizza restaurants, Little Casears, and other food service places for the past 5 years. Large orders take time and are often completed before the pick up time to ensure everything is done, 20-24 minutes before is ridiculous though under any circumstances.

Then, when I went in early at 12:05 to pick up my early prepared order though they weren't nearly as busy as i'd imagine to warrant this situation. There were 2 people picking up their orders, nothing else in the pick up area, nothing in the ovens.

By the time I got back to the school the pizzas were still decent but the bread sticks were soggy due to being trapped in the bags

Small place for picking up. To my disappointment I ordered the pizza muffins online arrived early just to see the girl take some out of the oven place them in the hot and ready bod a d give me some out of there. Barely warm. Will not go back like that. Not even worth the low price they are.

Worst pizza ever. I spent almost $40 on pizza and still had to cook it when I got home. I hate when you pick up a piece of pizza and it sags so much all the toppings fall off.

Super impressed with this location, I've ordered from this store maybe 3 times and never disappoints. Food is always hot and delicious, reminds me of the 90s Little Caesars so good! My experiences have been great and appreciate hot food. Thank you!

What happened to the $5 pizza? A cheeseless pepperoni pizza and order of crazy bread for the crazy price of $23? Worst pizza ever had. I think we might have had some cheese if we looked real close with a magnifying glass. Tasteless sauce with paper thin pepperoni. How is this place still in business?

I ordered a half cheese half Pepperoni pizza through the portal. It was not what I asked for. When I called, the man did not seem happy to help. He did say they'd remake it and hung up while I was talking. I drive back in taking the mishap, of course. Once I arrived all the staff can see customers at the front. However, they are avoiding anyone in there and on their phones. After 8 min of waiting, I tell him why I'm there, he just walks away brings me the corrected pizza and flings it on the counter. No type of customer service. Seems like they rather not work. My two yr old wanted a ball from the machine while we waited and that didn't work. When I asked if there was anything they could do since he put 2 quarters in there, another man seemed irritated I even asked. I normally don't have an issue here but today was terrible. If you don't want to do your job stay home. The missing slice is because my 2 yr old son couldn't wait to eat and it only had one Pepperoni on it.

This is my first time here and my experience was great. I am not a huge pizza fan but crave their breadsticks. I was asking the gal at the front when the breadsticks were made and wanted to make sure they were fresh. Joe was filling the soda machine and came behind the counter and assured me that I had fresh breadsticks. When I got home I was not disappointed and appreciate the reassurance of paying and enjoying what I went in for. Thank you! I will be back again.

Cheap pizza that’s hot and ready what else can you ask for when you have a few hungry kids little energy and a tight budget. Easy clean up tummies are fed and kids are happy. Sometimes it’s the little things like a little caesars pep pizza that makes the night for everyone.
