Had an appointment so came an hour and a half early. After an hour and 15 we were told another half hour for food so we had to leave. Terrible first impression. Ended up paying $12 for 2 pepsies. Waitress said go to Scottsdale location cuz this one sucks.

Would give the food zero stars if I could...This was our first time here. After waiting 15 minutes we were greeted by the host. We were sat at the bar. Another 20 minutes we had to ask to get menus and drinks. We placed our order and after 45 minutes we were told it was going to be another 15-20 minutes. So after an hour and a half we had half a Pepsi that cost us a total of $12.00.... will never go there again I don't care how good the chicken is.

The food was the worst that I have tasted in any Arizona restaurant.. I was a fan of Mrs. Whites in Phoenix and thought this would bring back those memories. The food was grossly overpriced - the Chicken was dry and tasteless - the vegetables equally bad - Only tolerable food was Green Fried Tomatoes. I will never go back.

Waited for over an hour after food order was put in and still nothing had been brought out to our table despite other tables getting various items. Our waitress kept saying that it would be out soon but never did and we were not the only ones who seemed to be waiting a long time. We ended up walking out and getting food elsewhere.

Waitress wore a t shirt proclaiming "Howdy Mo Fo". Hardly anyone in restaurant, still had to wait on table, wait on waitress, wait on bill. Poor service, Added 20% to bill. Maybe that is why poor service, knew they would get $45 anyway. I will never go back.
We waited for 10 minutes and left because no one came out to greet us. Saturday 3/9/24, 11:30 am. There were multiple empty tables and several people waiting to be seated.

Never disappointed with Lo-Lo's. I don't really understand the bad reviews. I understand bad food/service but people that picky are better off eating at home. Our server Caitlyn (she was new I believe) was attentive and amazing on a chill Sunday afternoon. While I read the menu thoroughly every time I always get the same thing lol. Chicken was crispy and fried perfectly. Waffles are always my favorite. The new preroll appetizer was awesome too. Only small criticism was our seating. On a slow Sunday they grouped everyone in the middle tables. It's like we could hear all of each others conversations. Talking about nasty booty holes and what they did the night prior. There were several booths and other places open but we were grouped together. Next time we'll request to be at least a little apart from others.

This place is awful. Stay away. Out of all food except waffles. No soul food available. Then placed an order with grits. They are out of grits and I need to change my order to something I don't want because they won't make substitutions. This place is foolishly run. Go somewhere else!!

Food was good, the atmosphere was fine though a little dirty. The service was unbelievably slow and our server was practically non-existent. We waited for almost 10 minutes before our server came to check on us for the first time. Once our order was taken, we didn't see our server the rest of the service. We ended up leaving cash just to leave. It seemed like all the servers were just standing around talking to each other, looking at their phones, or standing around outside smoking. Only the cooks and the one guy delivering the food looked like they were working. We saw other tables walk out after not receiving menus for several minutes. Overall, service was very bad but the food and Kool aide was good.
