I entered the drive thru only to find out that it was for Taco Bell only! By that time, I was blocked in and had to wait to go through line to get out. I then parked and went to the front door and it was locked. I had to enter through the Taco Bell door only to find out that they have an abbreviated menu. I won't even discuss the total lack of enthusiasm of the counter help. Never again......Just shut down and save everybody the hassle!!

If a negative 10 was a choice I'd give it to them. The doors were locked, so had to go thru the drive thru. I ordered L1, asked for lots of extra tartar sauce and coleslaw instead of fries. When I got to the window I asked the person if there was alot if extra tartar sauce and his answer was.."I don't know, I didnt bag it". Good customer service would have been to just hand me some extra. Then I went to the parking lot to set my dinner up so I could eat while driving and found there was no coleslaw. I tried 3 times to call the phone number and let it ring about 20 times, no answer. So I went up and knocked on the door and the idiot at the drive thru signaled me to go thru the drive thru. There was a long line of cars by then and I held up the receipt and yelled thru the door NO. kept pointing to the receipt and pretty soon 3 others plus the manager cane out to look at me from inside, all signalling go thru the drive. I shook my head no, the idiot from the window came to the door and by then I was extremely angry and yelled that they forgot my coleslaw. Again I was told thru the glass to go thru the drive. I again told him I was not going to wait thru that line to get my missing item. Finally the manager came to the door, unlocked it and handed me the slaw. There was no reason to #1, have the door locked at 5 pm, and 2 to not have answered the phone abd 3 to not have just sent the manager to the door at the beginning. This location is the worst I've ever experienced ... the whole crew, including the manager are lazy morons that should be fired. Next time I need fish I'll go to Culver's, they understand good customer service.

This place sucks! Website says they are open until 10pm NOT! Came back the next day at 8.30 friday I wanted Long John Silver's they said that side was closed. Don't advertise the business if you can't offer the service!! You just lost my business.

The lobby is permanently closed. It says Uber eats DoorDash mobile and GrubHub orders please use drive-through. You can't get long John Silver's unless you go into the dining room but the dining room is closed. All the long John silver posters are gone but it still says there is a long John silvers here even though there is not.

One of the worst Long John Silvers meals I’ve ever had. Coleslaw tasted like mold, cocktail sauce tasted like it was 10 years old. Wanted to eat dine in, the dining room was closed so we had to go through the drive thru. Was told it would be about 6-10 minutes and pull around and park. It takes closer to 20. Had to go through the drive in again to get sauce and ketchup. Sitting in the car eating this because i just drove 12 miles to eat there as I was feeling nostalgic. Had to throw most of it in the trash. Never again.

The decor is nicer than the store on Power Rd but you could tell the staff was pretty new. No complaints about the food, however using packets of ketchup, vinegar and tartar sauce as opposed to the pumps and little cups at other locations was messy. I ended up with no less than a dozen empty packets for just my small order of fish & chips.
Long John Silver's in Gilbert, AZ, on Market street, just served the worst meal possible. They not only got the order entirely wrong, but the food tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for over an hour. It amazes me that an order from a menu of fairly limited number of items and combinations can be screwed up so badly. But then, of the four people I saw working there, one was outside on his phone, another was standing against a wall by the registers, also on his phone.

Not sure how often they throw out old fish, but the last couple times I’ve gone and got a 8 piece family meal with all fish, the fish has been old and rubbery..not the flaky crust you expect from LJS..won’t be going back to spend $26 on old fish

One star for this place is overrated. Their service is good, but their food is crap. This the worst fast food I had in long time. The oil they fry the food in looks like it's never been changed. SO GROSS!!!!
