Didn't give very high markings for atmosphere as it's a pickup spot there's no places to sit and eat in there they do delivery and pick ups only but it's a Chicago staple I'm from Chicago pretty much the only thing I miss from that forsaken state is the food and my family and friends other than that that's it but it's a good reminder on how my tummy used to like to be fed the food from lose always love all their pizzas the crust is the bomb but I'll tell you what if you want a pizza that is Joe list you definitely need to try the sausage bottom Pizza....And then there's the loose salad what can you say man get the family size the regular Lou Malnati dressing man it is amazing sometimes we just get the salad and that's it split the salad in half and Bon Appetit

Did not want to even give them any stars Im born & raised in Chicago. They need to REMOVE Chicago from their menu it by far nothing like Chicago Pizza....Crust had NO SEASONING...CHEESE WAY GUMMY PIZZA TASTE LIKE JUST SAUCE & WORST OF ALL MY MEDIUM DEEP DISH PIZZA ARRIVED NOT CUT....I HAD TO SLICE MY OWN PIZZA?? WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN then they ask abt a tip & they dont even have delivery guys they use a third party door dash Uber eats etc....which they do not tell u when ur ordering...I dont want my food left on the ground If delivered from a pizza place I want it handed to me.

I was so disappointed. I ordered a small Italian sausage and mushroom thin crust and was hoping it would be the same as it was back in Chicago. It wasn't. Barely any sauce or cheese, and flavorless. Skip Lou's and just go to Rosati's. Some things just can't be made like home.

Oh my god.. I'd rather have totinos pizza rolls! This was so gross. I love it in Chicago so I thought it would at least be decent but the tomatoes dumped on top tasted like throw up. And there was ONE pepperoni per piece! Plus it was $40 for one tiny pizza and salad! Never again!
2 Months Later: This store still has a long wait for orders that should have been ready already. You would have to wait another 20-40 minutes after the time they told you because they don’t start your order until you get there and if customers are ahead of you it’s another 30-minute wait.Long wait for customer service inside the store.

The pizza was delicious but we tend to like the crust more crunchy. I ordered the pizza crust as well done per their online order, and the crust was extremely soft and zero crunch. Was flavorful enough to give it another try though.
