I hadn't been in Lulu's for years. went in for a burrito. It was the worst burrito I have ever had. the burrito tortilla had a greasy taste and smell. I only had a couple bites and then couldn't eat any more. Expensive mistake. I won't go back

If it’s great homemade Mexican food you’re after . 3 generations are hard at work here every day. My wife and I have been up and down Gilbert rd for 40+ years and never stop in till last week to eat a late lunch. We were shocked by the amazing food and hospitality we received. We have been back 3 times in 10 day. With plans to become there most loyal customers. When you go try the Arizona taco x2 or more. Most likely the best I have ever eaten . This place is SPOTLESS. My absolute favorite was the refried beans with the Az tacos . WHAT A MEAL . High quality ingredients and all made from scratch EVERY DAY. You will not believe the flavor in everything you try . We absolutely recommend this place.

I have been a customer for over 20 years. The food is authentic and so so good. I would recommend this restaurant. They have great drinks, tasty tacos, soups, and platters.
We will definitely go back to try their taco Tuesday special! We did a taco crawl hitting up about 4 different taco restaurants in the area, and this place was a hit with our group for having that authentic taco taste.

Cute little Mexican restaurant. I couldn't decide what to eat, so I got the chilaquiles and a small bowl of menudo. Everything was amazing! I may have gotten too much food but I wasn't sure when I'll be back in the area. The service was fast. The staff were friendly. This is a small place where you can eat, like you're at home.
