Main Event Gilbert

Came in with some friends and tried the verse immersive experience. Have never experienced something like that before and Thomas did a great job explaining everything and making the experience great!

I would love to say this was a great experience. However, this was our third time as a family trying to use our bowling passes at the Gilbert main event and to no avail we were not able to, any of the three times. I would think if you have time perimeter for certain passes that you wouldn't rent out ALL 20+ of your lanes for an event. Each time we drive out of our way to come have a great family experience we are met with disappointment and no options or compensations given for the inconvenience. I have worked in the customer service industry for a long time and find it insulting when a company, especially one as large as Main Event, not allowing or training their employees to make it worthwhile to the customer . A small token of consideration to customers goes a long way. Instead we were turned away, AGAIN, and just told to come back another day. We, like many families nowadays I imagine, have a busy schedule and have tried to come time and time again on our free time only for it to be wasted and frustration levels high. I hope this review finds the right management and something is done about this .

We booked this place for my son’s birthday party . All the kids loved it. There was so much to do. You could be there for hours and the kids could never get bored. The place is huge. Main event is great for the parents as well.

This used to be our go to for a hangout, but it has really gone down. Service wasn't great, shuffleboard was expensive and the pucks were all damaged- plus no sand shaker and pool table people were bumping into us constantly. Just overall a bummer and waste of money. We will be finding elsewhere for date night.

We highly recommend taking your family to Main Event! The kids were able to run around playing all the games they had on the floor and even played lazertag a few times. It was great, the adults were able to enjoy some drinks and food at the bar and we even played pool and shuffle board. When the kids got hungry and needed a quick break we all went to the pizza place they have and off they went again. We wrapped up the day with a few games of bowling and SHOUT-OUT to the girl Kadyn working the front desk she was absolutely sooo much help. She was able to explain how all the cards worked in detail and was so helpful in making sure all the kids got the correct size shoes and even assisted with us with how to make the bumpers pop up for the kids who needed them. This made it so much more exciting for the kids everyone had an amazing time, thanks again Kadyn! We really look forward to going again, highly recommend. Until next time! Hopefully soon!

We have a very pleasant experience at this main event location. Worked with two representatives One was a younger redhead girl super sweet. The other one was potter and five stars to both of them. They made us feel very welcome and explained thoroughly the options to have a great night and ensure that we were taking care of throughout the process By far, the best main event location, strictly due to the staff

Had a great experience here. The pizza was actually amazing; from the perfectly crisped pepperoni to the sweet honey and peppers, it was 5 star. I would like to highlight the service Donovan❕at the bar provided us. He was phenomenal at knowing exactly what we needed and kept us well attended. Being a former manager myself, I would say he is the greatest asset to the team and I would definitely give him a raise or promotion(as I could only give him a large tip). Great atmosphere, only thing I would complain about is how much some of the games cost. Laser tag was a blast but some of the balls at gel blaster were a little too firm. Highly recommend MAIN EVENT

Don't waste your money.
Total rip off. It's nothing like the advertisement. We did the first experience. Not impressed. Didn't stay for the second.
For the money....not worth it
Your in a small room with other people. Interacting, half of the VR engagement did not work. Very disappointing
