This is a great place for adults and kids of all ages to have a fun time together! I frequently bring my grand children to play the games. My husband and I enjoy bowling too. Highly recommend!

Son's birthday party went well and the girl who coordinated it did a great job

We enjoyed our time at Main Event. It was a last minute decision, I wore sandals and socks were complimentary. Kid friendly lane ramps were available and there were plenty of open lanes and the waiters came to take our order. The Family deal on the menu with a family of four was plenty of food. Our kids loved the little game card we got with our purchase to play a couple of arcade games leaving. The only complaints would be the waiters taking a bit to come over to take our order with only an hour game so after 15 mins my husband went to a counter to order instead, and the close vicinity for the seating area. They had a lot of lanes open but squeezed everyone together. It was a little uncomfortable sitting with a work party with our 3yo and 5yo.

It was our first time at main event. Laser Tag, Zip line, and bowling were really fun. However, while bowling we waited 10 minutes then had to track down someone to take our order. They had several birthday parties and I understand it is a Saturday, but we still shouldn’t have had to track down someone on our own. The front desk attendants were helpful! The food was good and prices were reasonable. My major problem is that we tried to play several arcade games, it would take out tickets and then not let us play. Also we played one arcade twice, both times we won the 500 bonus points/tickets. We NEVER received these tickets. I don’t think we received half the tickets we were supposed to. Several of the other arcade games were also out of commission. We were there to celebrate our nephews 10th bday so it was pretty disappointing that he didn’t get what he worked for. I’m not sure if I would choose to go back unless it was my only option or something else wanted to go for a special reason.
