We switched from Harkins to Majestic a few months ago. We love how nice the employees are and the pricing is very affordable. For the same price we would spend at Harkins for tickets and concessions, we now get dinner and a full meal. It is also very clean. I highly recommend this theatre and won’t go anywhere else.

The menu is not at all appetizing. Much better when it was Alamo Draft House. Overpriced for the quality. The staff is friendly and all, but the whole point of going to a place like that is to get that extra perk of good food. At least it used to be... Also the movie theater was so damn hot!! In fact the last 3 times that I have gone the theater is hot and uncomfortable, no matter how busy the showing is. Probably won't be coming back. Shame, because I love Alamo Drafthouse back home in TX.

The very best and cheapest price! Great at your seat food service, waitresses are super nice, thorough, kind, pleasant and great member perks! Free Popcorn for joing reward program! Super easy getting in and to your seats.. and overall the best movie place around! Love going there! Great food and prices delivered to you at your seat!

The Majestic Theater in Gilbert is a fantastic experience! Not only do they offer a great selection of movies, but the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. What truly sets this theater apart is their food delivery service – ordering delicious food and having it brought right to your seat is the ultimate in comfort and convenience. Highly recommend for a top-notch movie night out!

I lovED this theater. You used to be able to order food or drink from your seat without any distractions to other patrons with a pen and paper. And you used to be able to watch a movie without distraction. Now you must use an app that requires you to add your credit card and or gift card, and order from your phone which is bright in a dimly lit theater.
It used to be that theaters would request you silence and put away your phone to respect a film and the paying patrons who are supporting it. Now they are requiring them to be opened to order food or drink.
Oh what a night!! My first time here and as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by a young man with a wonderful welcoming personality! He said “Merry Christmas” and gave me a big smile like he was so glad to see me! He offered to scan my e-ticket, directed me to my movie room, & let me know my server would come soon to assist with my order! I was impressed & felt like a celebrity! Such genuine kindness is so rare to find. Once I was in my seat I scanned the QR code & started my order, & just like he said - someone came over not once, but twice to see if I needed assistance ordering on the App! First came my drink and then my food and it was hot, fresh, and tasted great! I loved the comfort of my reclining seat and no one interrupted my view and there was plenty of space between me and other guests. Later I ordered a snack and when it was delivered, the attendant removed my trash from earlier. They also made me aware to be careful because the skillet was hot. I enjoyed every minute of my experience at Majestic Gilbert and this will be the ONLY theatre I visit!! The team of employees who worked on Christmas are truly ROCK STARS!! Thank you for an Awesome First Impression!

This is the 16 dollar salad plus service fee and didn’t even come with the cheese it was supposed to. Had to ask for a fork 3 times and they still gave my husband a spoon for his salad.

This has got to be the most luxurious theater I've ever been to. Food and drinks are great, Super clean lobby, bathroom and theater. Oh and I can't forget to mention how hard each of the waiters/waitresses were, yrs, I said waitress, you're food and beverage order is delivered to your tabletop.
