I’m not entirely sure why but the pizza I received despite being a classic pepperoni was sweet like sugar had been added to the sauce? I looked at the side of sauce and the 4th ingredient is sugar before any spices which means there’s more sugar than spice - ruins the taste but I can see how others would like it just tasted more like dessert than pizza - wanted to like it but wouldn’t order again - tossed out the second pizza from the BOGO

Ordered 3 large pizzas online for pickup at a specific time. Got to the store a little early and the pizzas were being prepared

Used two online coupons for 2 of the pizzas. Total for 3 large pizzas was around $50 which I thought was reasonable.

Marcos was my goto pizza in Austin and I'm happy they are expanding in metro Phoenix. Their pizzas are reminiscent of Shakeys in California.

Marco's Pizza in Florida or Minnesota is awesome. Stringy cheesy pizza, friendly service which explains why they are always busy. The pizza was horrible. Overly cooked and hardly any cheese. Chicken wings were good. But, unfortunately I will be done with Marcos in Arizona. Way way too many other pizza joints with quality Pizza giving you what you want.

What a spectacular customer service experience! I was helped by Sam and Drew and they went above and beyond to provide us with a wonderful experience! I will be coming back!It’s a huge bonus that the food is also delicious! Definitely give this place a try!

They had an event and had free pizza and the pizza was amazing!! I went back for a large pepperoni a couple weeks later. I don't live in the area but I came out here just for this pizza from this spot.

To Whom It May Concern,I am writing, because I had a horrible customer service experience that I do not wish on anyone. I have never been spoken to like this by a restaurant employee ever. Although I do not have the name of the male employee who answered the phone, the entire staff did not answer the phone for nine minutes on Monday, March 25th. I called at 6:31 pm and the phone continuously rang for nine minutes. My husband and I were calling to place a pick up order there.When the male employee answered the phone, he reprimanded me for two minutes. He answered so aggressively, angrily, hostile, and rude.He aggressively said, “You have been hanging up and calling back for 15 minutes, and that is agitating to us. We’re trying to make pizzas.”I said, “Oh no, I was holding for nine minutes. I haven’t hung up or called back.”He angrily said, “You have. It shows your name.” (Multiple times repeated)I said, “Maybe your phone line just shows that, but I’ve been holding.”He doubtlessly and aggressively said, “Well if no one is answering, you need to hang up and order online.”I said, “I’m in the car driving. I’m driving.”He was extremely upset with me. I felt threatened and uncomfortable with the way I was spoken to. I was afraid to place the order, so I hung up the phone. I was so shaky after that encounter. He wouldn’t back down and it was no way to deescalate him. I will never go to this location ever again. For those interested I picked up their Pepperoni Magnífico which came with both the regular pepperoni and old world pepperoni which I was already intrigued about when I first saw it on the menu. And to accompany that I picked up a pepperoni Pizzoli. Both were nice and hot when I first picked them and at first bite I was in love. The pizza had a nice crunch to the old world pepperoni and the toppings didn’t just come sliding off the pizza like they do in other places. The Pizzoli was by far my favorite I finished the entire thing myself it was extremely hard to resist. The flavor of everything was SPOT ON in my honest opinion and will definitely be coming back to try other menu options! Marco’s you guys have a new loyal customer!

Cheap, junky pizza. Don't bother with the wings either, they're pretty much exactly on par with Tyson frozen chicken tendies, so just go get those from the grocery store instead and save yourself some $

Our pizza was pretty good! It was my first time trying this place out, what drew me in was that they offered curbside. At the time I went they mentioned it wasn’t working so they didn’t know I checked in. It’s ok though! Pizza was tasty.
