they say they will do double sauce, double sauce and they put NONE on my pizza. 👁️👁️ they had already remade my order, and forgot the shredded pepperoni, I said run it thru the oven with the shredded pep on they said they could not, and that they had to make a whole new pie. I had even asked 2 different cooks for double sauce before they made the 3rd, and they said they would! the fact it had zero sauce... disappointing, and a waste of time... possibly a joke. ha-ha. I won't be going here again. I've requested a refund. Jay was the manager on duty.

Second night in a row eating from here. The Greek salad, pepperoni pizza, and garlic parm wings. I’m from Buffalo NY and this has got to be my favorite wings and pizza here so far!
Edit: tonight is our 4th time in the month! the steak sub was decent. We’ve also had breadsticks which were delicious! Also the staff there are polite and quick! Great service.

Just coming off a very restricted diet. I had a very real need for pizza. Was so excited to see they offered pizza bowls…no crust so low carb!!! So I ordered one. It was huge!!!! At least 3-4 meals for one person. Definitely worth it!!! Thank you for allowing me my pizza fix but still following a more healthy diet!!

Ordered online to be delivered to my work 1.4 miles away. After it was 25 mins past the delivery time I called and was initially told they didn't have drivers on at the time, but they would call a door dash driver. I was skeptical the pizza would still be warm as it had been 25 mins of it sitting around.
The lady hung up then called back and apologized she misread the order and didn't realize it was for delivery. I asked if I could get the pizza remade then sent out to me an they said it would be a 15 min turn around for that an I agreed. They seemed a bit reluctant about it.
After this the pizza was delivered shortly but to my surprise the pizza was Luke warm at best and looked reminisant of a little ceasers hot n ready that had been under the heat lamp too long. I called back and they assured me it had been remade and it was a fresh pie, tho the cheese was hard and the internal temp said otherwise to me. Was credited (an undisclosed ammount or a free pizza i donno was not clear) for the mistakes.
The pizza itself wasn't the best. I got the spicy cheese blend old world pepperoni and was not expecting that level of spice from the cheese. It really drown out the other flavors of the pie, except for the buttery crust, which was very tasty.
All in all not the best first impression from this place, would suggest pick-up if you are able as a few of the reviews have mentioned problems with delivery.

I had ordered online for delivery and accidentally put in the wrong area code for my phone number and I wish I remembered his name but this gentleman figured it out and called me and said he couldn’t dispatch because the area code was wrong, this nice man delivered my food at no cost. My favorite place now, love the loyalty to customer service!
They are loosing customers and barely opened. Horrible managers and employee customer service. My neighbor ordered pizza. Didn’t get it. When called over and hour later told they transfer it to DoorDash which want told to them. Which means it could happen to me then they asked for the order they paid for and was given the runaround and didn’t want to give them free food. That right there says they don’t care about making it right. I will make sure we spread the work and we will definitely never order from there. Glad we were warned. Bad business and a way to start out a new opening. That attitude of the employees often reflects the attitude of upper management and owners. Scary.

As someone who has pizza twice a month and usually sticks to more famous brand places this one beats them all. Cheese was amazing and the crust was to die for. The jalapeño dipping sauce was amazing and the price point was comparable. I'll probably be stopping by once a month.

Marcos is my favorite pizza. I'm not sure if it is the sauce, crust or toppings but Marcos has a unique taste compared to Puzza Hut, Domino's or Mod Pizza.
They are very generous with toppings (see pic).

I tried Marcos pizza a couple times in Utah. And this new location just opened here in Gilbert AZ. Best pizza ever. Especially for the new deal out. Just got a standard pepperoni large pizza with the following crust topper selections with no additional charge. Roma crust Romesan cheese crust Garlic sauce crust Old world pepperoni Spicy cheese blend (included automatically, i think with that fierycheese pizza promotion)
For 10 bucks! Ordered online and picked it up easy peezy. No wait at all. So much better than lil caesars.
** and, Bob Fischer who reviewed almost 3 months ago at brand new opening time, myself being an IT guy and web development background those features of ETA and order tracking are harder than you think my friend... especially for factoring in being brand new store location so... have some patience fellow pizza lover* ?❤️ and youre a half mile away... walk there to pick it up yourself if youre able.

I've ordered from this location twice, once for pickup and once for delivery. Both times my pizzas were hot and fresh and prepared exactly the way I requested. The employees are very friendly too. Marco's Pizza is my favorite!
